Always Great

This is our second year staying in this same condo. It has always been clean with plenty of linens. Access to the room from the parking garage is a little tricky (park on level three and use stairs next B330 or center elevator about halfway down the West side). Pool access is second to none and patio is pretty peaceful and away from the masses.

Perfect

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus my mom. We love Waterscape so much and this ground floor unit near the kid area was perfect. We had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal and reached out to get it fixed and within a few hours it was taken care of. Wonderful communication.

Highly Recommended

The condo and the property were beautiful, clean and exactly as described. The host goes above and beyond with ease of service, check in/out process and recommendations for food/activities, etc. This is the type of host you hope to work with. This is a family oriented property with plenty of activities for kids.

Nice place for the family

Very relaxing week, beautiful beach, 2 pools and a lazy river, great place for the family. My only complaint is in the condo we stayed in the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable, not a good week for sleeping. Yes, I would go back, but would ask questions about the bed first! :)

Great Experience

Single dad and two kids. Place was perfect for us! Check in/out process couldn't have been easier. Pool pumps had an issue one day and I was communicated to by text making us aware. Issue was remedied in a couple hours, and never slowed us down. We'll stay here again.

Ground Floor Goodness!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Waterscape. It's a walkout unit, which meant the kids could run straight out to the green space to play ball whenever they wanted. They absolutely loved it! The resort itself is incredibly family-friendly. There are multiple pools to choose from, including a lazy river, a splash pad for the little ones, and even a zero-entry pool. We were just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, where we made full use of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. What a fantastic amenity! Being able to go from our condo directly to the green space and then to the pools or beach made everything so easy and stress-free. We had a blast building sandcastles, swimming, and just soaking up the sun. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable--would definitely rent again. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation!

Great ground floor location

We loved the location of this unit. My sister and her family were also on the ground floor in the same building & the kids loved running back & forth in the grass between units. Easily walkable to the heated pool and kids area.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We did not have a lot of issues, but recommend additional living room seating. The condo accommodates up to 6. There is only a small sofa that tightly fits 3. Also, recommend better instructions how to find the condo and best place to unload belongings to take to the condo. We have stayed at Waterscape over the course of many years and we struggled to find our condo because of the lobby location. Luckily, we ran into management of the property and he told us how to get to B228. There is not direct access for the second floor on that side of the building due to the lobby. Not management’s fault, but just a suggestion for future guests. Also, recommend providing additional blankets to be provided for guests.

Perfect Get-a-way

The property was very clean and neat. Easy access. Walk out to upper level pools. Beach was beautiful. The island had all you needed with no need to go further than walking distance. The manager/owner was also very nice and understanding with a little hiccup with check out. Highly recommend this condo to others. Perfect get-a-way for a bunch of over worked moms.

Beachy Comfort

We had a great experience in this condo. We had everything we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable as well. Great location within the resort with short distance to the pools and parking. Even though it’s the second level, it walks out onto a lawn perfect for kids to play. Full length windows let in lots of light and my only wish was that there were sheers as well as curtains so you could enjoy the evening light while having a little privacy. All in all a fabulous experience and will be booking with them again.

Waterscape was awesome!

We had a wonderful time. Place was super clean, both the unit and the resort grounds and pools/beach etc. Kids loved all of the pools and the lazy river and the beach. Super easy for my 3 and 5 year olds to make friends.

Could use a little TLC

We stayed in the same condo 2 years ago. It could use a little TLC now. Considering it’s COVID season and things are supposed to be extra sanitized, I expected it to be at the very least, a typical cleaning. We found a toilet had not been cleaned (still had a ring of mildew around the water line), the floors were gritty with sand right off the bat, the main kitchen counter had sand (I assume) on it, there was some type of thick smudge on the wall (that I was able to wipe off) and we found Lucky Charms cereal under the dining room table upon moving in. One of the two screen doors had a huge slice in it (2-3 feet long), the other screen kept jamming, the glass sliding doors didn’t lock, the saftey rail on the top bunch was completely broken and my son got a nasty scratch within 15 minutes of checking in (it was never fixed), the dryer screeched so loud during its cycle that you wouldn’t be able to use it at night or you would wake neighbors, the dishwasher wouldn’t dissolve the soap that they provided or my own brought from home... which made us feel like none of the plates, bowls, utensils or anything else were properly cleaned. We did report the screen (they came and took the whole door - so we never got to have the doors open with the screens), the non-locking door (they fixed the next day but by that night it wasn’t locking again), the dishwasher (we told the person who came to fix the door but it wasn’t ever fixed), we also let him know that the detergent dispenser was missing from the washing machine so you had to pour the detergent, softener and bleach all in at once. A replacement dispenser thing was never brought to the room. It just felt like every time we turned around this time that something was broken or dirty. It’s a shame, we REALLY liked this condo. So much so that we chose the exact same one again! David Jenn’s customer service was prompt and kind. I just wish the ownership would spend a few days in the condo so they can see/experience what a guest would experience. I had asked that they wash our comforter before arrival since they are only periodically cleaned. Our master comforter was new upon arrival, which was nice. Hopefully the comforter our son used on the bunk bed was cleaned as well.

The perfect place!

We had to cancel a trip to Mexico, but didn't want to cancel vacation altogether. Our kids had their hearts set on going to the beach. We booked this condo and are so glad we did. We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed to make the majority of our meals. Any issue we had was resolved timely and working with David was a breeze. The location of the condo was also perfect. Just steps from the pool and the walk to the beach was easy, too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great time

Had a great time and weather turned out to be warmer and sunny versus some rain and cold that was forecasted. The only issues with the property I would say is the washer and dryer are old and takes a lot to dry clothes. The fridge is loud at times and with the bunks near them, the kids complained during the night of how loud it was. Other than that, everything else was great.
