Waterscape was perfect for the kids! They were in the pools when they tired of the beach. Location of this unit was convenient to parking as well as the pools and beach.The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen area is small but worked and the large dining table was perfect for playing card games. We would stay here again!

We had a great time on our vacation in July 2025. Melody was extremely helpful and very responsive in her emails and text messages. There are a few things that I feel that people should know about this particular unit. One, the bed in the master bedroom is extremely high. While I have never been accused of being a tall person, I’m also not short. I had to climb up into the bed. I could see this could be extremely challenging for an elderly person. The bed itself, was extremely comfortable. The second bed in the other bedroom is low and would be potentially better for older people and is also extremely comfortable.The couches could probably be replaced. It’s not that they are dirty or anything, but you can just tell that the couch cushions are breaking down and they are not very comfortable. Especially the one that folds out into a bed.This particular units back patio faces the pool area. It is also right in the middle of the action. While, this is nice because you can people watch and see what’s going on, it can be somewhat noisy if you like to go to bed early. The condo complex does a very good job of shutting down the pool at 10 PM for quiet time.The pool/lazy river at this complex is amazing. We are a type of family that like to try new destinations and new beaches out every year. This was the first time that my family has agreed that we would like to come back to this particular complex next year.I would highly recommend this unit and this complex. Thanks!

Great place for vacation!

Everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze. The room was exactly as described in the listing. Clean and well stocked. The room is a very short walk to parking and to the pool. Melody responded quickly any time I had to message her. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended family resort!

Loved the condo and the location. The tiki bar by the pool is a nice touch. Close to great eating places and various attractions. The description of this property is 100% true in every aspect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even with bad weather!

We had a great family vacation this week! The condo had everything we needed and Melody was responsive when we reached out to her. The property has different pool and beach options to keep everyone happy. The included beach service was perfect- we’ve always had to pay for this by the day anywhere else we have stayed. The daily activities for the kids and for families were great and an added bonus we didn’t realize until we arrived. The property staff were all so nice. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely perfect

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Booking was so easy, owner was quick to respond and worked with us on payments. The condo is in incredible shape for being a rental. All the furniture was in excellent condition and SO comfortable. The location is unmatched. Seriously it is in the best spot for parking, pools, trash and elevators. All the appliances worked great and the bunk room was a huge plus! We will only stay in this condo next time we visit! Highly recommend!

Spring Break 24

We were here for a week of high school baseball mixed with a beach vacation. The property is easily accessible and we had no problems getting in/out of the parking garage. The pool/hot tub/lazy river area was clean and not overly crowded and there was enough room on the beach that we didn't feel like we were squeezed for space. The room was clean, had everything needed for a great week, and communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

Needs more silverware and utensils. Ice maker a little slow, even for 4 adult drinks. Don't expect it for filling coolers. Overall nice time and complex. Tiki bar hours a little early for 5 closing.

The Best Week!

We had the best week at this property. Melody was so quick to answer any questions I had and very accommodating to any request we had. The property is amazing. Our kids loved the pool area. When we booked this condo, I was bummed that we weren’t exactly on the ocean. However, when we arrived I was so pleasantly surprised that we could see the ocean from our balcony. The table on the balcony was so great for family dinners. The door on the bunk room gives it a 3 bedroom feel. The condo had every single thing we needed for the week and then some. We would 100% book this room at this resort again.

Great property for kids and families. Unit was large enough with 2 king beds and bunk beds with a door to the area so little ones could sleep without disturbance.

July 2022 Vacation

Our second stay in this unit! It is beautiful and in a great location in front of the waterfall at the lower pool. Love that the unit is supplied with free beach toys and a wagon and beach chairs. Both bedrooms have King size beds and both have very comfortable mattresses. Kids love the bunk beds with each having there own TV. The resort is very clean and well maintained. There are free pool toys in the box at the pool to use. There are many grills around and they are cleaned daily. One night they had a very big blowup movie screen by the pool and everyone could watch a movie while they sat or played in the water. The beach is beautiful and clean. We had a few minor issues that Melody had fixed immediately. The only complaints were the sofa bed mattress my adult son slept on was very thin and uncomfortable with the bar right across your back. The dryer took forever to dry towels and there were a few dishes that were in the cabinets that had to be recleaned. We enjoyed our stay and will rent this unit again.
