Perfect family vaca

This condo/resort was exactly what our family was looking for. Perfect for our kids, ages 7,5, 2. We wish we would have realized the unit itself didnt overlook the ocean or pool, but a parking lot of a large hotel. With that being said, the room was very quiet and sufficient for our young family and napping.

Wonderful Fall Break Stay

We have been to Waterscape quite a few times and there’s a reason we keep going back. We loved our condo A221; well decorated and stocked and convenient access to pool/outside and garage. We like that it is within walking distance of several restaurants, especially Stewby’s, as well as the pier. It’s a great pkace for families to stay!

Family vacation

The condo was just as in the listing. 2nd stay at the resort. The weather was perfect. Unfortunately, the water was shut off at the resort for several hours midweek. This was definitely an issue for anyone staying at the resort. Also surprised we couldn’t locate a safe in the unit. Loved having old bay steamer right across the street. Overall we had a great time.

Exactly what we needed

We had a string of bad luck with booking vacations that weren’t what they were advertised, so we were a little nervous walking in, but this was great! Cleanest one we have stayed at, all appliances worked, no facility issues, received the gate codes BEFORE arrival, everything was perfect!

Everything was wonderful! We have been staying at Waterscape for years but this was our first time with David and Coastal Vibe. Beautiful condo! Great location to the pools and parking garage :) Clean, great decor and ease of everything! We loved it all and want to continue to stay in this one for future visits!!

Fantastic Amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape! The splash pad pool, lazy river, and heated pool were perfect for our kiddos. Easy access to the beach, too. The property was super clean - even the grills on the pool deck were clean! We loved the unit and it was the perfect size for our group of grandparents, us, and our two kids. Two huge bathrooms. Very comfortable. A well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. The unit’s location in the resort was also ideal. We had a private balcony while also having easy access to the pool area. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

July 4th Week

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and at Waterscape, it was a great place for our kids ages 2,7,9 and 11 to spend the week. The condo was as described. Didn’t have great weather due to Hurricane Elsa but the second half of our trip brought some nicer weather. Walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. Very close to the pools which was nice. Overall fun time for our family and friends!

Enjoyed our Stay

Great communication- any question I had, they answered in a timely manner! Very easy process, and they even moved the cancellation window for us to 30 days prior for a refund with all the uncertainty of covid. The only small negative for me were the mattresses. Not very great, but that being said... I’d likely stay there again.

What a phenomenal vaca!!!

We had a wonderful, wonderful week!!! What an amazing condo and resort! Two thumbs up!!! The pools and beach were so nice! You have to get out there early to get a good spot but it's some nice relaxing time while you wait. Good times! Stewby's is wonderful food and you can walk there. We also enjoyed wild willys with our two kids. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Thanks sooo much for a memorable vacation! We will be back for sure!!!!

Great Condo!

My family and I were very pleased with this property! It was definitely more updated than most rooms I had seen while there for the week. It was very clean as well which has to be tough when dealing with Florida and pool/Sandy beaches. Highly recommend staying in A221

Definitely Recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo! The location, the amenities and the cleanliness were spot on! We had everything we needed for the week, and absolutely loved the ocean vibe and how spacious the condo was! Can’t wait to come back again.
