Our experience at The Emerald Crab was perfect. We loved the beautiful view of the ocean, the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen & comfortable bedrooms. We had easy access to the pool & beach. We were blessed with great weather during our stay & we even got to see the dolphins. Our condo came with two umbrellas & 4 chairs, making it pleasant to spend the day at the beach. I highly recommend this condo. Aaron from EastPass Rental made everything easy.

Fall get away

Wow! Just wow! We fell in love with this condo and the experience that my family had. Can definitely say it way truly enjoyable. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The condo was clean and spacious. Love the white sandy beaches and view of the Pier. Shopping and restaurants are close. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

A true gem!

We’ve stayed at Waterscape many times, but never in such an amazing unit. It was so relaxing and inviting. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and made us feel very at home during our stay.

Great family vacation!!

This place is amazing! Everything was better than I hoped for. Very well maintained, everything we could have need for a comfortable week and more. Perfectly clean and comfortable for all age ranges. The manager was so kind and provided a highchair for the week. Communication was easy and helpful!! Can't wait to return!

I would 100% stay again!

He had the best stay - the a/c was having issues but we went in Feb when it was nice and cool and no need for A/C for the most part! The manager said it was being fixed right after our stay! The views, everything are incredible

Beautiful views

The property and the views were beautiful. My family were able to view the dolphins from the balcony. The owner was easily available and responded in a timely manner. We definitely hope to stay at this property again.

Spacious and gorgeous view!

We had 9 people stay for a week and it was perfect! The condo is actually much bigger than it appears in the pictures. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very spacious. We loved having the pool, lazy River and the beach at our fingertips. The view from the porch is beautiful and probably the best on Okaloosa island to view the fireworks show. We had a fabulous vacation! Thanks to Aaron for all the quick replies to our questions and assistance when we needed it.

Awesome Rental!

We were very impressed with the property itself and the management group. It is NOT managed by the on-site management group which is important to note in case of issues. Overall you can’t go wrong by bringing your family to this beautiful condo.

Great Waterfront Condo

We had a great experience. We had 6 adults and 2 kids in the condo and had more than enough space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and there were lots of beach toys to use. I had questions during the stay and Aaron was very responsive and helped me. I would definitely stay again!

The view was great of the beach. We’ve spent majority of our time at the kiddie splash pad with my little boy. Waterscape is our favorite resort due to lazy river, kiddie pool, and bar by the pool.

Wonderful place to stay

We travel for work throughout the year (approximately 25 weeks) and stay at VRBOs routinely. This was one of the best places we have been so far!!! The unit was beautiful (better than the photo's). Every attention to detail has been taken. The place was comfortable and quiet. Every possible need is anticipated and there for you. Just pack your bags and go! We have marked this as one of our all time favorites and hope to return soon!!

Family Spring Break

Went on Spring Break with my grown children and grandson, we all stayed together in this condo. Everyone had a great time. Condo was so nice, and big enough that everyone had space, but close enough to each other to know we were all together. We will l definitely come back.

Fabulous!!!!!

This condo is Fabulous!! We all had a blast and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything you could possible want is at this condo. The lazy pool and the beach are perfection. Schedule your grocery delivery and put on your swim suit and walk a few steps to the beach or pool. The view is unbeatable. Many restaurants are walkable or a short drive. It is the best!!
