Property is fantastic. You're centrally located between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. The pools were very clean and not overly crowded and easy access to the beach. The condo is very roomy and would easily accommodate 3 couples.

Absolutely amazing condo! Everything perfect from A-Z. 3 couples on this stay plenty of room! We enjoyed tons of excellent food and private deep sea fishing experience! Lots of beach time of course! 5 star host and condo! We will be back definitely! Thank you for an amazing vacation spot and tons of memories!

This is a great property in a smaller complex so the beach is not very crowded! The property was great for three couples because of the three bathrooms. The condo is in great condition with everything you need. The owners were very fast in responding to any questions we had. We had a great family vacation on an absolutely beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

This unit is as perfect as pictured! The unit is clean, well-maintained, and plenty of room. Traci was very helpful and provided an easy, stress-free experience from booking to checkout. We will definitely be back!

Beach view was great. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated.Pool and outdoor accommodations were great (beach chairs/ umbrella). Suggestion, skillets/grill need to be replaced, non stick surfaces were gone.

I highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive to questions beforehand. All needed information for access to the unit, gym, and beach was provided ahead of the check-in time and worked with no problem. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to be comfortable and prepare meals. It is not a highrise building so neither the pool nor beach was crowded. The kids loved the carts on the beach that passed by selling ice cream or popsicles. Parking was available on the gated portion of the lot when other spots were full. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. We were also able to sit out there and enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks on the pier. We definitely made some family memories and are already talking about stay here again!

The location was excellent. We walked to our favorite restaurant, Old Bay Steamer. Beach service was great and the condo was very clean. Will stay again.

We loved everything about Summer Place 403- location in Ft. Walton, ease of getting around the property and to the beach and pool, and the gorgeous space to stay!

It was absolutely fantastic. The condo was so beautiful. It had all the comfort of home. I would never hesitate to stay there again. This is our 4 time vacationing at this complex first time in this condo.

Condo was exactly like the photos, very clean, right on the beach and loved the beach service that was included. Pool was kept clean daily and there was easy beach access. Traci was quick to respond to any questions we had and we loved the book with tips and info on restaurants near by that she provided.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay. Location was great. Communication from owner was the best we’ve ever had for family vacation. Condo was clean and as described online. We even looked at booking again next year. Would highly recommend to families with small children like ourselves.

AMAZING CONDO & HOST

If you're looking at this condo, book it now! Gorgeous condo in the perfect location with an excellent host. We have been traveling to the Destin/Fort Walton area for 30 years and this is by far our favorite place we've ever stayed. Excellent communication with the host and the location is phenomenal. Only a 13 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, shopping, etc - on the beach no less! Our beach was not at all crowded while everyone around us fought for a spot. We can't wait to book again next year!

Unit

Summer Place is a wonderful place to stay. Within walking distance of many places to stay, two pools and easy access to the beach. This unit accommodated our family perfectly! Beds were good. Bathrooms great. Unit was clean and check in was easy! Would highly recommend this unit!
