Dirty unit, property was great

Waterscape was great, unit was dingy, stains all over the couch, furniture was beat up and stained. Would go back to the complex, just not in that unit again.

Great Place!

Everything was wonderful! Can’t get a better location, at the resort, in our opinion. We really enjoyed facing out of the inner-U of the resort. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and beach - and sunsets!! It was a super quiet location, even though close to the elevator. We never heard a sound from people coming or going. Our one and only complaint is that the condo did not have any TVs with working apps. Basic cable was it. With two little kids, sometimes we needed a little reprieve (especially with some rain days) and we really missed being able to pop on our favorite shows. Oh, and extra blankets would be nice. The bedding was sparse. We ended up buying two blankets at Target, our second night there - to make sleep more comfortable. The condo was very, very clean - and I have high standards. So, all in all we were very pleased. Easy fixes for the owners to get the apps “on” and buy a few extra blankets ;).

Great Place

This was a nice condo! Plenty of seating for our group of six. The view was amazing. The walk to the garage was not that bad (less than 5 mins). Beach and pool were right out of the elevator next to the room. They keep fans in the condo which is great for drying things or for all of us who like to have a fan on while we sleep. The king bed and queen bed were not that comfortable. We are more firm and memory foam sleepers. If your new to waterscape, definitely check out the 2nd floor pool area. It took us a few days to figure out it was there. Note: don’t leave the sliding glass doors open, the fire alarms will go off. Vacasa this room needs one of the fire alarms replaced that was left laying on the table when we arrived. Also, the batteries in the living room and second bedroom need replacing.

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was nice, comfortable and conveniently located. The amenities were fantastic and got the best of both with a view of the beach and a resort pool! We all had a fantastic time. Check in was very easy, and the room was already ready when we got there a little early. The master bed was pretty firm but we slept comfortably. Some of the furniture does need to be replaced either from wear and tear or weather impacted (console table inside and patio coffee table). The TVs were a bit of a pain to get working to be able to change the channel, but we turned it on mostly for noise anyway. Couch is a good size, it is a bit firm as well but my kids passed out on it several times with no problem. Overall, we had a fabulous time and we will definitely be back!

Great Waterscape Condo!

Great location to pool and beach, next to elevator but we never heard it. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. We personally enjoyed the balcony facing away from the inner u of the resort. Beautiful gulf front view still! Condo could use a little tlc (wobbly dining table, broken patio chair, chipped trim paint) but still very clean and nice! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for a family

Loved the room, it was as expected. There are some minor repairs that need to be made- we told the front desk about. Also the table top decoration is not suitable for a 2 year old...so we moved it to the top of the fridge. One thing i wish was different, i wish there has been a safety chajn kn the door, my 2 year old figured out after a day how to get to the pool from the room... he disapeared and we caught him waiting for the elevator to the pool.

Amazing Beach Vacation

This property was exactly as described and fit our family's needs perfectly. Everything was clean, the view + outdoor area was wonderful, and ease of access to the beach and pools were great. The kitchen was well stocked and having laundry in the unit was an added bonus. Bathrooms are large and we were grateful for all of the bath towels provided. Our youngest kids (ages 6 and 4) enjoyed the bunk beds; there was plenty of room for our family of five and we are grateful to have found this particular unit. We would have zero hesitation staying here again!

Excellent property & service

Loved our stay and our room! Felt like home away from home. Prices were affordable. Exceeded my expectation. Even things that we had not thought to bring was provided for us. The owners of this condo are very conscious of providing the things that a family needs in order to have a great stay. Spacious and beautiful views!

We loved Waterscape! They have the best set up for an awesome pool atmosphere! The condo was great, beautiful view of the ocean, nice sized bathroom and bedrooms and the bunk room with a door was great for our 6 year old. You’re right by the elevator, only negative is that the B side parking is a little trickier than A&C, but honestly not a huge deal. They have a fudpuckers at the pool which offers food and drinks (plus alcoholic beverages). If you’re traveling with a toddler that likes to open doors, I highly recommend getting some type of lock for the front door (safety first brand sells them). We had to place the mop between the door handle so our two year old wouldn’t escape because although there is a deadbolt, all you have to do is turn the lever handle and the door opens right up from the inside of the condo. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay and we will certainly be back again!

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views! We enjoyed every moment.

We just left after a wonderful and relaxing week. The condo is beautiful, clean and has a big balcony with breathtaking views. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds and especially the big couch are very comfortable. We would definitely come back here. There are many things to do nearby such as gulfarium, the pier, board walk, etc. insider tip for breakfast: The Blue Collar Cafe in Fort Walton. Delicious!!!
