HORRIBLE STAY. NO AC OR ACCESS TO BALCONY

Upon checking into our condo, we noticed there was no AC and no access to the balcony. The thermostat would not work, and the room was hot. The balcony was under construction, it had no railing so we were unable to use it. When booking this condo, the amenities listed an AC and a balcony. It took us over 4 hours to get in touch with someone to come look at the AC. HORRIBLE communication through Vacasa. By the time someone came out, it was after 8 PM. He told us this unit has trouble with the thermostat/AC frequently… and that the AC had frozen. The soonest he could get someone out to fix it would be the following day. Clearly, no one was sleeping in a condo they were promised AC, with no AC. So we were told we could be relocated, but it would take a little while before someone would contact us about relocation. Thankfully, we were heading to dinner anyways. Around 10:30 PM, I finally received a call about being relocated to a new condo. We were able to settle in and finally enjoy our short weekend stay.I highly DO NOT recommend this condo. The communication was so poor, we were scared we wouldn’t have a place to stay after leaving for dinner. They immediately changed the door code upon us leaving, before we had been relocated to the new condo.We were promised that we would receive a refund for that first night, but I have yet to receive a refund or an email confirming that. We just checked out yesterday, so I know this can take a few days. If anyone stays here, good luck!

Horrible place

We checked in adound 1:30 am to find condo was not completely clean it had hair in both tubs, 1 bathroom sink, toothpaste on both sink facuets, dirty kitchen rug, carpet in bedroom was way over due to be cleaned, everything was dingy looking, dirty dishes put up. Property manager did respond and said they was sorry for any inconvenience. They would figure out something asap We checked in early Thursday morning Saturday they came yp with a refund of 91. This is completely unacceptable for a rental and being on vacation you shouldnt have to clean your own room. I would not recomme d staying here. Read all the reviews there is several stating how tjis condo is. The owners need to find another property manager and cleaner. I have a cleaning business in alabama and clean rentals this stuff that was not done and the condition of the place should not be rented. Tje oven mitts had droed food on them, stained and ripped, glass had hand prints i can go on and on.

Dirty Unit great view

The property had the furniture and features listed. The view from the unit was great. BUT my entire family was shocked at how DIRTY and ill kept this unit was. I read a review from July of this year in which the occupants said the same thing basically....I thought that the issues would certainly be addressed before our stay in October....but no it was not. As the person in July noted the carpet was really really dirty and stained. So dirty I looked for and found a vaccum and vacuumed it. The vac was a wind tunnel type and it was disturbing the amount of stuff it was picking up. The other floors were sticky and dull. My daughter in law spilled some ice in the floor and wiped it up with paper towels which turned brown!! This was when we were just settling in. So no we didn't make it dirty. My husband and I asked for a mop from the management which they did bring by and mopped the entire unit except for the carpeted bedroom. The mop water was almost black. The shower in the 2nd bathroom had long black hairs stuck to the shower walls (none of us have black hair) and the shower liner was left dangling in the middle therefore making it impossible to close. Housekeeping might miss a hook, but not 3 in a row.....we took the liner down and rehung it. My husband and I were at this point , not shocked that the fabric shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. It had suspicious brown smudges and splotches and didn't smell pleasant. The second bedroom closet door fell on my husband the evening we checked In when he opened it to put his clothes in.....the person reviewing this unit in July said the same thing happened to her daughter!!!! WHY was this not fixed?? Someone could get seriously injured. The fabric couch and loveseat were so dirty that We spread paper towels on it to sit down. This was also mentioned in a previous review. ...We have stayed at this property almost every year for over 30 years. We were so disappointed and disgusted that this property management co. has let this unit sink to fleabag hotel standards....Lord knows they don't charge fleabag hotel rates. I noticed splotches on the coffee table and wiped it down and yeah...it was dirty too. Under the dining table I found a piece of desiccated meat and also a good sized chunk of bacon. Neither was wedged behind or under a table leg. The manager of the property said they would refund me the cleaning fee. My family and I are just so disappointed....

Beware! Don’t book 601!!!

The condition of unit 601 was deplorable. It was filthy and the furniture was stained. The guest bathroom shower does not drain and the master bedroom closet door literally fell on my daughter. Ugh. Not a good place to spend your vacation.
