Perfect location

This is the fourth year we have stayed in this condo and we will be booking again. The location is perfect. The third floor gives easy access to the walkway and elevators. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphin. And Waters Edge is so convenient to everything!

Our Stay i. unit 313 was amazing. Great lay out, beautiful views, and our family of five had plenty of room. The information packet leading up to our stay was helpful and we new what to bring and what we didn't need. We enjoyed our stay so much we have referred friends and have a week booked in March again. Perfect location. Convenient parking and access to pool and beach! The only negative is the living room furniture. Looks dirty and chairs uncomfortable. Otherwise fantastic!

Awesome Trip - Great Experience - Fabulous Complex

Had a great time - headed back again for our third stay. This complex is GREAT. Pool is the best, covered parking to protect your car from the heat and other unpredictable events, beach service and clean. Everything has always been top notch and never a hiccup. I would highly recommend this unit, complex and company if you are looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Great for anyone!!

AMAZING STAY!!

The property is beautiful just like the listing shows! The view, the pool, and the beach was so beautiful!! The condo was equipped and fully stocked with every thing we needed!!! The host/property manager assisted me with any questions I had!! I could walk directly from the parking deck to the front door of the condo which was lovely!! This will always be my place of choice for Destin/Fort Walton area!

We have enjoyed 2 years as snowbirds at this location (Waters Edge, Fort Walton Beach Fl ) and have had wonderful experiences! Beautifully condo along with amazing views , sunrise to sunset. Working with Carol at office has been easy., if and when something may arise. We would recommend this condo rental service to anyone'

Very nice place to stay with great views. Excellent, customer service. We left a couple of items upon checkout by mistake. Customer service went out of there way to make sure we were able to get those items back….Very refreshing to have people be so helpful and nice. Sunset Resort Rentals are top not in my book!!!!

Great time at the beach - have been coming for many years. Loved having the beach chairs available every day. Attendant was very accommodating. King bed was nice but pad topper was not needed. Main bedroom shower needs some updating. Loved seeing the dolphins every day. Fun sitting on the beach with some ladies we met there a couple years ago.

Amazing!!

Waters edge is amazing! This was our second time to stay there and we loved every minute of it. Unit 313 was awesome. It had everything that we needed for a wonderful vacation! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything that we needed and the condo was very comfortable! We had One small issue with a toilet that would not stop running so we called and reported it and maintenance was up there in no time to fix it. We had an amazing experience there! And the view is breathtaking!

We love Water's Edge and have rented Condo 313 twice a year for several years. We currently have two more reservations for this condo on the books. My one negative is that the rugs need to be cleaned, rotated periodically or trashed altogether.

Great condo, amazing view, perfect location!

This condo is just right!! It’s clean with all the rental necessities. The view is amazing. The rental company is extremely responsive. The location is perfect giving super easy beach or pool access to flex with the fam and the weather. Pool doesn’t have shade but is very big with kiddie section so very comfortable and convenient overall. Local restaurants were great. Minutes to the Gulf Island Nature park for a whole new beach experience. Definitely will return to 313! Traveled with teen and two under 10. Everyone was happy :)

Was never told AC guys were arriving and we had to stay in condo until work was complete. Took all day. And that was the only day of the seven days the the beach was open to swim.

Week before Memorial Day

It was a wonderful week with perfect weather every day! The condo definitely needs some updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and way too big for the room. The coffee pot was old and took forever to brew. The choice of the glass table top coffee table is almost dangerous. It is way too big for the room and where it is placed. Sunset Resort Rentals is really easy to deal with and everyone we talked with was very nice.
