They stated it was the ice maker and would need repaired. We had to purchase ice for the duration of our stay. Although carpet is in the master bedroom, it was new and clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Okaloosa Island for several years now, we have even stayed at Pelican Isle on a different vacation. However, this was honestly one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. It looked exactly like the pictures but also, the set up was awesome and made it feel a bit bigger. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that there was no assigned parking in the garage for this particular condo... but I can’t really complain about that because we never had issues with parking. Easy check in/out, clean, great views, just overall great choice for our family vacation this year.

Everything was great.

We had a minor maintenance issue which was immediately addressed by property management, and repaired within an hour of report.
