Our stay was fabulous! Everything this was great.. my only 2 complaints are... 1. Washer & dryer were very small but I'm just thankful we had one to wash clothes. 2. The bedroom smelt a little musty. We had the best time!

Restuarants, shopping and tourist attractions nearby. This condo was immaculate, appliances and furnishings relatively new. Towels and bedding high quality. New elevator seems perfect, building and grounds are well maintained.Slight negative.. the kingsize bed is waaaaayyy too soft.Best of all Brookes and Shorey may our rentals easy and are accessible if any problem should arise. Already planning our return trip.

We had a mix up (our fault) where we thought we had booked our own place a night before, but did not. We arrived and did not have a place to stay. Brooks and Shorey customer service did a great job finding a condo for us for one night until ours was unoccupied. 307 was also great condo to stay in!

2024 Family Vacation

The condo was clean. There was a musty smell when we first entered the condo. The sofa bed was relatively comfortable for a child. We noticed a couple of things… the dryer not drying very well. I had to run the cycle through twice at times. Also the mattress was thick with its topper and the sheets were not staying on during the night.

A few of the electrical outlets did not work. Patio could use more comfortable furniture it wasn’t really usable with how stiff the chairs are. The elevators could use some attention and a non expired inspection. It was good for the price but probably would not stay again.

It was alright

Oklalossa Island is great. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding cities yet it's close enough to visit and get around to see all the things in the surrounding areas. The beach chairs were awesome. Just get out there early so you can secure some seats. Cant see the sunrises nor sunsets from the balcony or the beach. We were able to enter early which was a nice treat after traveling. Issues were:dirty dishes in the cabinets and the dryer lint screen. We were scooping out lint by the handful. Couple other issues were it was rented out to a family of 6 but only had 2 dressers. We made that work. However we only had 4 blankets. We ended up having to go buy more. The biggest issue was day of check out. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:50 when checkout is 10. No biggie-we told them we would probably be there until 10. They proceeded to knock on our door 3 more times until 9:30. They even went so far as to start entering the code to enter. Not okay. At all.
