Property very clean. Easy checkin. Not ce pool and hot tub as well as great access to beach on Gulf side. Next door to boat rental which was plus as well. Beware that traffic from Destin downtown is busy coming west. But loved the property, checkin process and amenities.

First Florida Family Vacation!

Absolutely 5 stars for this condo and property! This was our first family vacation all the way from Canada and we couldn’t be happier with the condo! It was perfect for our family of 5 giving us space for sleeping and the kitchen was fully equipped to eat all of our meals! We loved being able to be walking distance to the pools and beach and felt like we could just relax and enjoy without going far! We plan to make this a yearly tradition!

Perfect for Friend Beach Weekend

Our two families have been talking about planning a beach trip for years. We finally pulled the trigger and it did not disappoint. This place was perfect for our group. Great location, plenty of room and excellent pools. We will be back!

Music festival weekend

There were 6 of us ladies in town for a music festival at Rick’s. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable, appliances and living room furniture seemed new. The kitchen had all that we needed for plates, cups, utensils and such. There is a regular coffee maker and Kurig. The dining table had seating for 8+ Also, plenty of seating on the extra large patio and the heavy resin furniture was GREAT! We have stayed in several other units here and so many have rusty/broken furniture and sparse kitchens. A couple notes for future guests. There is one roll of tp provided per bathroom and one roll of paper towel. There is also one bath towel per person and no beach or pool towels. You might consider bringing extra paper products and towels or stuff to do laundry. Overall we had a great time, loved this unit and would happily book again.

Beautiful location

The property was a great location with a great view of the lazy river that is lit up at night. Close to the beach multiple restaurants, and activities available, all in walking distance. The property was clean and well decorated. The description for the 3rd bedroom is incorrect, because there was no twin under the queen as listed ("Third bedroom has queen bed with twin over and twin under."). I'd also suggest if you advertise 10 people and rent for a week, provide enough bath towels, toilet paper and paper towels to accommodate. Overall a great property.

Comfy, Cozy, Spacious

This condo exceeded my expectations! It felt luxurious and cozy at the same time and was way more spacious than I had imagined. Perfect for my family of 8 spring break vacation. Lots to do on property and nearby. Master bedroom and bathroom was a dream! And the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and beautiful Florida sunsets. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay here again!

Fantastic Property

Highly Recommend! We are already planning our trip to return! The only thing that we were caught off guard by was the twin bed under the bunk. We were expecting a trundle but it was just a small thin mattress on the floor. I was not comfortable with having my son sleep on the floor so he used the pull out bed in the living area. That staff was friendly and the unit was clean an comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return! Thanks!

From St. Louis, MO - Family Stay Mar 19-25

Well appointed and one of the nicest condos we've stayed in over the years. Plenty of space for the 5 of us but could accommodate more! Living room is spacious and there was pretty much everything we needed. Our feet got black the very first night. So while the floors looked clean they must have been dirty (or dirty mop?). Everything else was as if new! We did miss having a pizza cutter & a scissors, but all other utensils were available. We were pleased to find extra pillows and blankets available. We never had a problem waiting for an elevator! The pool & outdoor amenities were beautiful...the walk to the beach was lengthy but we knew that might be the case going in. Nothing one can do about the weather as it was unseasonably chilly; but we enjoyed the outdoors non the less. It was certainly nice to have so many things to do near by such as: The Boardwalk, The Gulfarium, and the Adventure Park. The are even easy to walk to. It's an easy trip to town for additional restaurants and Publix & Walmart. (however I would suggest going to the Walmart in Destin instead of the one nearest in Fort Walton-Destin's is much nicer) Great Property!!

Overall good, not great

It's a beautiful property that overlooks the bay! Prior to us going I emailed the contact person and ask if they had a Pack-N-Play since we would be taking our 14 month old with us. No one ever emailed me back, since we didn't want to go empty handed we brought our own. Once we got there, there was one in the closet. The owner need to have the pest control out to the property as we saw 2 roaches in the kitchen area. The dryer is also in need or repair or replacement as we had to dry clothes 2-3 times.

Vacation

Having never rented through VRBO I was concerned about the process. All of my questions prior to the trip were answered within a day and provided a detailed explanation/response. Upon arrival we discovered an issue qith a patio door, and although it couldn't be fixed during our stay, I received a response almost immediately and maintenance was there to "look at it" within a few hours. Great location, great place. We will definitely be coming back!
