Fantastic 3BR Beach Condo

The most well appointed beach condo we’ve ever stayed in. Wonderful gulf views, super spacious, and close proximity to Okaloosa Island attractions. We’ll be staying here again!

Beautiful getaway!

We spent a week here as a family. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything is up to date and clean. My husband is a chef and this was a wonderful kitchen for him to use. He was baking for us in this amazing kitchen immediately. This week, We had everything we needed! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at Sea Oats 506! The condo was very clean and very well equipped to meet all our needs! Beach service was fantastic and the additional beach supplies given by the owner was a great addition, if needed. The location was wonderful and we walked across the street to Stewby’s and to play putt putt. It was a perfect location to view the fireworks from the pier as well. We hope to be back next year!

Great Condo

We’ve been going to Destin for years. We love the pier and hate waiting hours to be seated at restaurants so we have been staying at For Walton Beach the last 4 or 5. We booked late so couldn’t make our usual spot work and we found this condo at Sea Oats. The location is great. Still close to the pier and one of the best things about Sea Oats is that its beach isn’t packed. If you look over to the east at a bigger resort, the umbrellas/chairs are stacked on top of each other. The pool at Sea Oats isn’t huge but it turned out to be completely fine. There’s not a million people there so it was never crowded. There’s a good little fried seafood place and boiled seafood place that is walking distance and a bar (if you like that kind of stuff) that is also walking distance. The Condo was great. The view was great. We will definitely try and get this place again in the future.

Amazing Vacation!

Perfection

This is our second year at 506 ,it’s undoubtedly our favorite place to stay . The view from the balcony is amazing , the condo is perfect for a couple or family with plenty of room & always clean along with well kept . It’s truly our favorite vacation spot !! Wonderful Stay

We traveled to this beautiful condo with our two adult daughters and their significant others. It was a beautiful condo and met all of our needs. It was situated close to the pier and Fort Walton boardwalk and was convenient walking to many places. The condo was clean, decorated well, kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and our stay was wonderful. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Property was a perfect location with beautiful view of the ocean. We mainly wanted to have access to beach/pool for the family (adults and babies), but pier and restaurants were just a short walk or drive.

Perfection

The condo was exactly as the pictures had advertised. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we needed. They answered any questions I had in a timely manner and even had us checked in early. Communication was outstanding. The location of this condo is amazing. Beautiful beach views, direct access to the beach and anything you will need is within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here! We look forward to our next trip!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

Jessie and Curt are excellent hosts and filled this condo with personal touches. The kitchen is stocked amazingly, and all the available beach stuff makes us want to come back in warmer weather. Beautiful condo with amazing views and easy access to a gorgeous beach!

Girl Friends' 60th birthday trip

The condo was beautiful! The views of both the sunset and sunrise were amazing. Jessie is an amazing hostess who went out of her way to make our stay great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Jesse was the best host!

First thing, communication from Jesse was above outstanding! The property was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous and all updated. The kitchen was fully stocked and very appreciated! Made nights staying in so much easier. The condo was clean, very roomy and the beach service was a huge plus! Very close to everything and loved the morning walks to the pier. This was our first trip to the area and we loved everything about it. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise!

Finally - A Condo that "Wow'D" us - Absolutely Impressed!!

I would like to take a moment to extend our appreciation to Jessie for making our Summer Vacation including family and friends a most memorable occasion. My Wife and 3 kids: Son 18, Daughter 16 and Son 27 including his Wife and Son 18mo. along with another couple we vacation with had a stress-free stay with all the amenities we could wish for. The condo was beautiful and not one time did any of us say... "I wish the Condo had this..." Of all the things that can go wrong in a vacation, you don't want a crappy / misrepresented Condo to be one of them. I told myself and the group the whole time that we should go ahead and book this next year. I will definitely be back... possibly over the Fall / Winter. We truly enjoyed the Condo, the décor, the roominess, the location in town, the beach service, the walk to SEVERAL restaurants and a Gas Station. I didn't even have to drag my cooler up and down a single stair to get from the pool area to the sand. It was absolutely the "perfect spot" to stay. I can't imagine a better place to spend vacation at the beach. I have been going to Ft Walton, Destin and Gulf Shores for 30 years and this Condo was in the Top 2. Awesome Job on the Condo and if you book this you will not be disappointed at all. 5 STARS!!!!!

Amazing Condo

My family of six absolutely loved this condo. It was amazing in every way. It was spacious and well equipped. The decor was fabulous, the beds were comfortable and working with Jessie was a breeze. We love Okaloosa Island and visit often but this was the first time at Sea Oats. We loved everything about it. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Stay!

The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the included beach chairs and that the pool and beach aren't crowded as we are used to at other locations. Fireworks from the balcony were perfect, excellent stay and owners are great to work with!

The Perfect Condo:

From the moment you walk-in to 506 it’s screaming you’re at the Beach! The view is absolutely beautiful. The condo is very beautiful, spacious and decorated so cute . The pictures just don’t do it justice . We just left & we’re ready to book our next stay here . Made wonderful memories all week 🏖️. Annual Family Trip to Destin

Condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Communication with the owners was great and they responded to our emails efficiently. Kitchen was fully stocked with major and small appliances as if we were at home. We are already planing our next vacation in this condo again!!
