Beachfront Condo

Loved the master bedroom and bath, great decor. This unit has a side view of the ocean but still a great view. Unit was clean and ready early. One of the elevators was out of service but we used the stairs the majority of the time.

Spring break 2023

We had a great stay the last week of March. The beach was amazing and pool was nice on cooler days. The condo was spacious for our family of 4 and clean. The only thing I would recommend is the kitchen lacked any larger mixing bowls, as we cooked a number of meals and could have used one. Otherwise great stay and would go again.

Good location

Condo was as described in listing. Easy access to the beach, good side view of the beach. Easy view of the pool while checking on our teens! Kitchen stocked with all you would need, beds were comfortable. Location was perfect and beach front was not overcrowded. Umbrella & chair service was so nice & the workers were so friendly!! Unit was clean, I would just recommend housekeeping to clean cabinets and top of fridge as it’s shorter and easily seen on top. Overall would recommend to others and would return for future stays.

Short getaway

My family and I stayed for a few days here. This was our first time staying here. The condo was very convenient to the beach and town. The pool was nice too. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem was there was no ice in the unit. The description was misleading but the manager did accommodate us while there.

Wonderful experience def will be booking again!

Checking in was late so they gave info over the phone- made it easy! (Went next morning & just signed paper asked if we had questions & was it) The rooms were just as pictured. The view was great but a main room to the front would’ve been better. My children and I enjoyed the easy access to beach & the pool. Forgot floats, toys, chairs etc they have you covered! Great experience for our first time! Highly recommend.

This is a great condo and great location

I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never been in this area of FL before, but wow I was impressed. From check in to check out the staff was great! I made a pot of coffee the next morning to find out the carafe has been broken and had a hole. After I cleaned up the coffee, I texted the office - within a few moments I had a new carafe and was able to make coffee! :) This condo unit was BEAUTIFUL! The view was BEAUTIFUL! We loved staying here!!!! We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that, but we did use the beach service and that was excellent! Will be back!

Decent but eek on beds!

Everything was great except the beds! We were checked in early and all things looked amazing! View was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. A/C worked as did washer/dryer. Only downfall was the very uncomfortable beds... all three.

So Dirty and not *refurbished* rather refreshed

When we got to our unit, it was filthy! Filthy to the point where I had to start cleaning the unit in order to feel comfortable. The kitchen counters were dirty, floors filthy, dishes and cutlery in drawers were dirty and covered in food. Dishwasher is not mounted correctly so door falls open and oven takes a very long time to heat. Cabinets and liners are filthy. The rug in the common area is disgusting and full of sand. The kitchen table was covered in dried food. The master bedroom had nasty pillows and blanket clearly not washed, just tossed into the closet. The bathroom mat was literally brown but when washed was a light blue. There is mildew under the sink in the master bathroom and there was a ring of filth (dried caked on urine) on the floor around the toilet and wall. The pillows in the 2nd bedroom are filthy. I literally cleaned and washed all linens the day we arrived. Since the office was closed at that point, I went down first thing the next morning and showed them pictures. They sent up housekeeping while we were out...they literally did nothing. The manager came up to the unit so I could show her. She came in herself to clean. She got some of the stuff but not everything so we just dealt with it and continued to clean. Also, the listing says refurbished. There is some new furniture, paint, and the 2nd bathroom is redone but the kitchen is a mess and the master bedroom/bathroom is so outdated that it is unfair to say the unit is refurbished. On the other hand, the location is superb. The view was a dream and made things bearable. Not having to bring chairs and an umbrella to the beach was awesome. I wasn’t able to se any other unit in the complex but I would never come back to this unit.
