  • Newly renovated! - Welcome to The Oasis, a luxury beach studio at El Matador Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Be our guest at this beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable studio, ideal for small families, small groups, couples, singles, and business travelers. You will have direct access to the private beach and all the amenities the condo has to offer including a seasonally heated outdoor pool, Gulf view pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, BBQ areas, and a laundry room. This amazing studio also has a fully furnished kitchen, refrigerator, cable TV, with a King bottom bunk, Queen top bunk bed and a Queen sofa sleeper. Amazing location, only a few steps across the parking lot from the gorgeous Emerald Coast beach in Okaloosa Island, and approximately a 10-minute drive from tourist-friendly Destin, FL. This studio condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor of Building 6 and is fully equipped to help make your stay a wonderful experience! (Please note: Entire beach studio condo space is approximately 500 sq ft, is an open concept, no private bedroom, no beach view from this 1st floor). Veteran owned/managed, no pets allowed.

We loved staying here with our family! We were just three, but there was plenty of room for more people to sleep there if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the condo itself had lots of cool gadgets! We were right next to the pool which was so convenient. The beach was just a short walk away, and always beautiful. We’d definitely love to stay here again! VERY clean! Also, the host was incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations.

Adorable & clean! Host was great at communicating. Resort is at the very end of the beach so it’s very peaceful. I would definitely recommend and/or return!

Our stay at the Oasis was nothing short of amazing! The property managers made it super easy to check in and answered all of our questions promptly!The cleanliness, security and kid friendly atmosphere of the condo won us over! We will definitely be visiting here again!

The condo was great. Clean and fun. We used the sauna every day after being on the beach. Host was super easy to communicate with! Would for sure book again

This place is perfect. Easy access, close to everything and the beach is just a short distance walk. Amado is exceptional! Very fast response time and extremely helpful with recommendations for the area. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The house looked exactly like the listing, and check-in was quick and easy. It was a good size for 6 people, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for cooking. However, there was a lot of sand on the floors and even on the beds, and the blankets had a slightly damp smell. Overall, it was a good stay, but the cleanliness could be improved.

Excellent!!

Overall, everything about this suite was perfect! Easy check in, great communication with property manager who was super accommodating, location is amazing. I have no negative things to say about this place and definitely would vacation here again!!

This is our second time staying here but won’t be our last! This place has our heart. It’s clean and located perfectly. The beach is so relaxing and not crowded at all. The place itself was perfect for the four of us. Amado is the best host you could get!! Best place ever

Perfect size for hubby and me. 3 minute walk to beach we occasionally drove to a closer parking spot when we had beachgear. The pool was right out the door and gym just a few steps also. This rental had all the amenities of a larger place. We loved the showerhead 3 options & the makeup area. Kitchen was very nice although we dined out for our meals. Quick/Easy to run to Destin or stay in Fort Walton(mid May not much traffic) Host was quick to respond with any question! Would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The property was clean and exactly as described! Luxurious with everything you need….there were even condiments in the fridge!! The beach shed had everything we needed and more for our stay. The chairs were great and the beach wagon was excellent!! We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for everything!!

My daughter had an amazing time. It was so adorable and cute. Beautiful beach and just a short walk. She loved the sweet card. Security at the entrance was a nice addition. Was a great get away.

We stayed 3 days. The unit was clean and updated. There were many nice touches; such as plenty of supplies and everything was clearly labeled. The host was extremely responsive, which was wonderful. The distance to the beach was easily walkable. Neighborhood felt safe. Didn’t use pool, but it looked nice.

Absolutely Perfect

This place is the definition of a hidden treasure! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host was quick to communicate and provided everything we needed. The cleanliness and modernness of this place had us running around the condo saying "Look at this!!" The location is also so nice as the walk to the beach is around 3 minutes. The place also has a shed stocked with fun beach items that were so nice to have. The community is very safe and the beach was not crowded at all. Overall, this was one of my friends and I's favorite trips. I could not recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Perfect for two!!

This was a memory-maker for us. We enjoyed every minute, even the rainy ones. The location of both the complex and the unit are super safe, cozy, and quiet. Everything noted in the description was spot on. Check-in and out were immediate and non-eventful. It’s been a while since we’ve stayed in such a great place. Thank you!!
