Perfection comes with personal touches......

Most of the other reviews are very true regarding location and access to beach. it was very nice to have beach chairs. location is secure with shuffleboard, tennis and pickel ball. like most vrbo's management is stingy with toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, 1 dish cloth and 1 kitchen towel provided. I brought much of my own kitchen comforts such as griddle, crockpot, cookie sheet and 9x12 pan and extra kitchen towels. i am glad i did since the kitchen was not well appointed with those things and very unorganized. there were things that needed repaired on day 1 that were taken care of right away and we are grateful for that. If you are looking for ocean view, you will not have it, but unloading and reloading the car was a breeze. For light sleepers, you will hear the upstairs people. Make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash as this unit only supplies small samples. With some added personal touches, this unit would be awesome.

Gated*felt safe*1st floor end location close to garage spots or park right in front of door*no stairs/elevator into unit*1 mile from Stewby's delicious (hands down the best) fresh fish sandwiches, 10 min from McGuires in Destin, yet away from Destin crowds/backed up crazy stagnant traffic*modern, beautifully decorated*ideal floorplan layout*pool*showers for sand on walkway from beach*everything clean and in working order (and we have discerning taste). One of best places we have stayed at and have stayed in Destin and other Emerald Coast beach condos at least 25 times now priced between $800-1700 per week. Booked for next year already! First time we have done that!

Spring break

You couldn't see the gulf from the room due to being on ground level, but we loved the ease of coming and going to the beach all day. Floors were dirty amd left our feet black. I scrubbed multiple times while there. Better rugs maybe by the doors may help with this, really not sure. Our family, 16, 9, & 7 really enjoyed playing the shuffleboard game that was right outside our door as well. A few minor issues in the room, but nothing that affected our overall stay.

Great unit just steps away from the beach.

Super cute, ground level unit located just steps from the beach. We booked this condo just days before arriving, after Hurricane Ian changed our plans. This unit did not disappoint!! It is located in a great area that seemed to be less crowded than other areas. This unit had everything we needed to enjoy our week on the white sandy beaches including a well stocked kitchen. We loved that it is a gated condo. Parking was a breeze! The beach access has a great set up for allowing you to spray all of the sand off before returning to your unit. The fact that this unit comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily is just an added bonus!

Wonderful Beach Location

This was our first time going with a company instead of an individual renting it out. We were nervous about any craziness/fees that the company may put on us while renting/leaving and the lack of friendliness. But our experience with the Shoreline Dreams was exceptional! The condo was better than the pictures displayed. Everything was so clean and roomy. We loved being on the first floor quick walk to the beach and literally a few yards from the pool. (Two chairs and umbrella waiting on the beach for us which is so nice to have already there) Everything went smoothly during our stay. We will definitely book again. And we are hoping we can book other condos also so more family can join us. If we had to complain about anything. One blanket (which all blankets were sealed in a sanitary bag 👍🏽) when I opened it from the bag it did not smell so good. I think it may have had moisture in the bag/blanket. But other than the blanket the condo and transition in and out the condo was smooth sailing. (For families with littles. We had enough room to put a hexagon pack n play in the master or even in the living area. Sofa bed worked great for kiddos. The outside area opens to the walk way (no heavy traffic since it’s at the end of the building) The opening to the walkway didn’t bother us. It actually gave our kids some space to play but still be contained. ) 🥰Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. If we weren’t in the process of moving we would have already booked for the next trip. We will book as soon as we move. Side note: My husband was impressed also. He said best trip we’ve ever took and place we stayed in. 🥰

Very nice. A few issues with the neighbors upstairs. Smoking and throwing their cigarette butts down on our patio. And an issue with workers running a generator or compressor under the front bedroom window all night. That was very loud. But other than that it was good. The beach was beautiful. The condo very clean. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice condo

Check in wasnt the easiest. There is a gate surrounding the property and luckily we were able to get in from the car in front of us opening the gate. I was never emailed or texted the code, so I had to call about that. Getting in the door was easy enough as it was a touchpad. The condo was very nice and all updated. They provided linens, towels, washclothes, and a sponge and wash cloth and towel for the kitchen. There were pots and pans and plates, etc to use. The water was always warm. I suggest buying bags of ice because the ice maker takes a really long time. There is no view of the beach, but you can be on it in 30 seconds. If you stay on a floor above, you have to use an elevator and we were glad we didn't have to mess with that. A few things I would change is assign parking spots. If you're lucky, you can park right in front of the condo. I would have liked to see a way to lock the sliding glass door because it stays unlocked the entire time you are outside on the beach. You just have to trust that people won't mess around and we didn't have any issues. Nothing was stolen. We did enjoy our stay and would love to come back!

Great location!

Great location, easy access to the pool and the beach. The additional chair and umbrella that came with the unit was a life saver! Only complaint is the floors were dirty. Not just with sand (understandably) but turned socks brown, etc. Overall a great place and great location, would stay again!

Great location, clean, and comfortable

Just like the pictures illustrate. Fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. Very clean. Gated parking which was plus. Only upgrade to suggest would be installing a keyless lock on the sliding door so can access beach directly and still keep things secure.
