Perfect family resort

This resort is perfect for family vacation! The pool options, views of the Bay and Ocean, and ability to walk to several restaurants and attractions make it very enjoyable!

Spring break

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We have rented at Destin West several times before but not this particular unit and we were not disappointed. We bring our grandchildren here every spring break and we just love this complex. The heated pools and hot tubs are great and the kids always like to fish from the dock.

We really enjoy staying at this resort. The location is great. The property was very well maintained. We all loved the beds. I like how there was 2 couches in the living room, it provided a lot of room to sit after a long day on the beach.

Overall it was a great experience but cleanliness was not good at all. Let’s just say we knew every spot of the place that was used for adulting prior to our visit. This part of the stay was bad for my anxiety cleaning everywhere before I sat my kids down. But location and view was amazing it actually made up for the extra cleaning I had to do.

We had a wonderful time arbor Destin West Heron 305. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. I can’t say enough about the property management company. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous Condo!

This is a fabulous condominium and we really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Heated swimming pools, “Lazy River” and pedestrian bridge over the highway to get to the beach made things very convenient to use. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely see if this condo is available. Don and Becky

Everything was very nice and clean, family friendly, awesome view . My wife and I have stayed at destin west just not in this building so we knew that it was going to be a great stay ,only one complaint one of the tvs didn't work otherwise Everything was great we will be back soon!!

Multi Generation Family Vacation

Property was great, had many different options for the different people within our group. Lots of entertainment and food/drink options within walking distance. Only downside was that the building set out chairs all across the beach that you had to pay extra for so be prepared to either pay, or walk quite a distance to set up your own beach space.

We loved the layout of the condo and how comfortable we felt. The deck was great and the the walk way to the beach. The weather was horrible during our stay and the property lost power for a couple hours. We had to use the stairs due to the power outage and some of the emergency lights were not working which made it dangerous and a little scary. The property felt safe, and kept up with. We had an overall good trip minus the weather. We all slept like babies.

Family vacation

Our stay was probably the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Everyone had a wonderful time, from our 3 & 5 yr old grandchildren to me and my wife. Everything was as advertised on the web site. We had an issue with the light in the kitchen and it was resolved immediately. Very friendly and professional staff. We will be returning!

Excellent vacation spot

The property was as described. The kids enjoyed swimming in the many pools, the sky walk to get to the ocean and of course the ocean. Parents enjoyed sitting out of the balcony and relaxing at the pools and beach. The property manager was excellent to work with! The dryer quit working and they had a replacement one for us the next morning. We had an excellent stay!

Heron 305 stay

The condo had plenty of room to host our family vacation. The Kitchen came well equipped with items we needed through our stay. Location of this unit was good being right off the elevator and convenient to the parking as well. One thing I would add is another broom - the one was broke that was in the unit so you can sweep throughout the week. But loved the fact they also had garages with toys for the kiddos, and chairs for the beach that was a plus for us.
