My husband and I grew up on Okaloosa Island and love coming back and staying at Destin West. This unit is perfect- ocean/beach front views, great wrap around balcony to see the pool/hot-tub, and an easy walk over the sky bridge to the other resort style amenities. Also walking distance to night life and restaurants at The Boardwalk, along with the beachside bar next door at The Island Resort. The management group was very responsive and provided clear directions and extra information about the area. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Awesome Beach View

Condo is well updated and very spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels were supplied, which is not always the case. The property was well kept and had plenty of pools, just wish more of them were heated. Having the beach chair service included was an added bonus and the beach in front of the condo is a private beach for the guests only. Really nice !

Best balcony on Fort Walton Beach

We loved our time spent in this unit. The balcony alone made for an incredible morning coffee environment. Unit is in within walking distance of so much we rarely needed to drive. The beach is one of the cleanest we have been on. Wonderful vacation unit that I would highly recommend.

Great place with a great view

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and had a fabulous view. It was peaceful to sit out on the patio every morning and even saw dolphins swimming. The amenities were perfect and the condo had all that we need for a memorable vacation. We would definitely stay here again. There were lots of beach toys available to use and we had fun playing Uno most evenings on the patio while hearing the live music close by. Thanks for helping us have an awesome vacation.

It was a wonderful stay. We loved the lazy river. My husband, son and grandsons use the pier for fishing and caught many fish! The condo itself was great and when I called about the overhead fan and sliding doors, maintenance came quickly.

Best view

I have stayed at this resort for 10 years now. This unit has the best view. The only negative was that my alarm in master bedroom went off at 6am on the 4th morning which happened to be check out day. Was wondering if that was set on purpose since we didn’t set it and it didn’t go off any other mornings. Blew it off until the cleaning person showed up an hour before check out to see if we had happened to leave yet. But I will still be booking this unit next year.

Awesome Vacation in 2020

This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve stayed in DW #402! David was excellent to work with, with quick response time both stays. You won’t be disappointed staying in this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a bunk room that has a door for privacy. The unit is beachfront & the large balcony wraps around in order to see the beautiful pool also. Give it a try, you’ll love it too!!

Amazing Family Vacay

We have absolutely NO complaints of unit 402, it was just simply perfect. We had a full house, 7 people in total, 2 adults, 3 teenagers, 2 little ones. The beds were very comfortable, even my niece didn't mind the pull-out couch. They provided all of the things in the kitchen you need. The location was perfect for us and especially liked the elevator being outside our door and then steps to our pool. The walk to the Bayside wasnt that bad and we really enjoyed our day in the lazy river. Little tip, this condo is Gulf Front so your walk from the car is a little far, when checking in be sure to hunt down a cart to get your stuff to the room : )

This property was just as promised! It was impeccably clean, direct oceanfront, and felt just like home! Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware we needed and the beach chairs were awesome! Would DEFINITELY stay in this unit again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Late Minute Delight

We found this property on a last minute trip to Destin area and we are so glad we did. The property is situated in a great location near to restaurants and other tourist hotspots. The views were exceptional bc the property is at the end of the building over looking the ocean. The property has just been recently painted so the place had a fresh feel. Another benefit that the elevator was literally right outside the door so it was easy access to the pool and the beach walk. The beds were all comfortable. While we didn’t cook the kitchen still had enough room to do so if we wanted. Overall this is a prime spot with great amenities. If possible we will be back soon.
