Excellent Experience

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit perfectly suited our needs. I was worried the 2nd floor wouldn't give us a great view but had no reason to be concerned. A sand dune topped with sea oats lies straight out from the balcony, giving us a bit of extra privacy, and we could still see the water and plenty of beach, so we knew what to expect when we headed out each day. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a staircase, elevator, and trash chute near the condo entrance; we did not experience any noise the entire week from them, and they were really convenient for us. (There is another elevator bank and staircase in the middle of the complex which I'm sure minimized the traffic on our end of the building.) The beach access was convenient and beach service folks were accommodating. In-condo laundry was so handy. And it is genius to have a dehumidifier in the condo - it made the air so comfortable. All in all, no complaints except that the week ended too quickly!

Wonderful condo!

Amazing views from the second floor condo balcony. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and responded fast. No issues the entire stay and it was nice to have a set of beach chairs with an umbrella as an added bonus to the condo. The company that rents them were great and set out the chairs first thing every morning where we requested! Would definitely stay here in the future, you won’t be disappointed!

Great condo w awesome beach but small pool

Spacious 3 bedroom. Stayed w my wife and 5 kids - ages 20,18,15,13,10. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Everything is updated. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Kitchen is really nice. Living area is large enough to seat all of us comfortably. Beach is nice and they allow tents which is a plus. 3 negatives 1- pool gets super crowded. imo it is too small for that many units. 2- location is great until you have to run to the grocery store or Walmart…then its 10 minutes there and 30+ minutes back due to constant traffic jam in Fort Walton beach.Same w restaurants. Overall a great bargain for a beautiful condo right on the beach

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is nicely equipped and included everything we needed. The furniture is nice (not cheap) and the beds are comfy. The view is amazing and you are steps away from the elevator and stairwell, beach and pool. I would definitely rent from this owner again!

Perfect location

The 2nd floor balcony was perfect. This was a small resort, so the beach wasn't crowded at all. We loved the free umbrella/chairs and the convenient location of the condo. The beachy decor and beautifully decorated condo was perfect! Would definitely recommend to others and want to stay there again! Thank you Leslie and John!

Pleasant Spring Break getaway

The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Our biggest concern was the master bedroom. (Bring your own pillows - the ones in the unit are very flat) The recliner next to the bed has a strong odor to it that prevented us from using the chair and made it difficult to sleep on that side of the bed because all you could smell was the chair.

Great vacation!

The Island Princess condos are a short drive from VPS airport. We rented a car from Budget which was quick and easy and car looked brand new. There’s a Publix along the way. The Island Princess property is located on Santa Rosa Blvd between two Marriott’s. Our unit 201 had great views of the ocean from the family room and the master. The condo was spacious and nice. Closets were stocked with hangers but door handles were either broken or on their last leg. Most everything else was in good condition. Kitchen appeared fully stocked with newer items. Beds were comfy and water pressure in showers was great. Neighboring units were fairly quiet as we only heard, on occasion, chairs scooting on the tile floor above us. The balcony was nice to watch the dolphins go by. Easy access to stairs or elevator from this 2nd floor unit. There’s a short walk to the property beach access. The beach is wide with white powdery sand. Property had an outside shower to rinse off sand. Pool was a decent size but didn’t feel heated even though temps were in the 60’s. Several restaurants close by and only 6 miles to Destin’s Harborwalk. Asiago’s Skillet is a longer walk or short drive away. This breakfast place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the food and service are fantastic! Okaloosa Donuts were delicious. The Bay Cafe French Restaurant is a quaint upscale waterfront option. We loved McGuire’s Irish Pub across from the Destin Harborwalk, where we joined hundreds of others to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We have stayed in Destin and on the outskirts of Panama City Beach in the past. The Okaloosa Island/Fort Walton Beach area is less congested but you are still very close to the nicer Destin area. Overall, an excellent trip.

Amazing Stay!

Wonderful rental

This property was exactly as pictured. I loved the 2nd level. High enough up to enjoy the view but low enough not to have to use elevator. Steps and elevator are right outside your door for either one you choose. Loved the abundance of clothes hangers in all of the closets. Really appreciated all of the light switches being labeled! That was most helpful. Loved the oversized tub and shower in master bath and loved the handheld shower. Everything in this condo was excellent. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked several meals.
