Trip was far beyond our expectation. Condo was more than we expected. Water was clear clean and refreshing. People were friendly. Could not have asked fir anything any better. It was a trip that requires a second visit. I am looking at the calendar and making further plans.

Hated to leave!

We spent 3 weeks at this 3rd floor condo and had a wonderful time. The weather was great (except for a couple of cool days) and we loved the hot tub and easy access to the beach with the included beach chairs. The condo was well stocked (maybe overstocked!), clean and everything worked well (except the toaster - that needs replacement). Interesting decorating style for a beach condo, but it doesn’t stop one from enjoying the great location. Overall, we loved the stay and will do it again.

GOOD PLACE TO RELAX

Rooms kind of cluttery, this offers a chance to break something if you are a huge person. Living area kind of cluttery for tall people too. Had to keep a constant eye open so that I didn't bump my head on the low hanging ceiling fan. Otherwise, excellent stay, and would stay here again. 6ft 6in tall is sort of a handicap and has to be accounted for when purchasing items and goods..

We love staying at Pelican Isle! We come every year. This is our first time in this particular room. Everything was cozy. Are inky complaint is the sliding door. It was so difficult to get open. We noticed that it looked like it had been painted shut at one time, and the hinge was nearly falling off and rusted. It took 2 arms really pulling in it to get it open. We managed. Otherwise, all was great!!!

Gulf view is fantastic!

My wife and I spent 10 nights at the Pelican Isle resort, our condo was very nice and the amenities were great, had everything you needed. Very family oriented with near by attractions. The beach guys work hard setting up chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy hanging out by the water. We had our share of red flag days with the wind and had two tornado warning days but felt very comfortable in the unit. We would definitely do it again.

First Family Vacation

The property was very nice, loved the big stand up shower. On the 3rd floor so just perfect of not being too high or too low. We had the best time with no issues of the unit or property. The elevator being nearby was no problem for us.

Unit was nice and clean. Reported on check-in that coffee pot was broken, received a brand new one next day. Only negative was the usual problems for beach homes and condos, roaches/palmetto bugs.

Great trip to Fort Walton summer 2021!!!

This was a last minute booking for me in April when our original arrangements had been canceled. It was a little bit more expensive, but a very nice place to stay! The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. It was clean upon arrival. Easy checkin in/ check out. Communication with the property manager was excellent!! Right on the beach! An umbrella plus 2 chairs is included in the stay. Just run down to the beach a bit around 8, and throw your towels on a spot that isnt reserved.( the reserved ones were in the very feont) Didnt take us very long to get out to the beach/pool. Didnt have to wait long on the elevator..unlike at some other places..which was a plus. Property was well kept! We didnt use the pool but once, but was nice! The only complaint I would have is the hot tub was not hot. It was more the temp of the pool. But nonetheless didn't affect our trip. The closest establishments near by..which we did drive to. You have ice cream and mini golf, ajs oysters, and 2 other resteraunts. A couple of beach stores. Overall I would definitely book here again! Great vacation!😊

Great location near the end of the condo complexes thus relatively few people on the beach. Full water front view from the condo and balcony. Very spacious for the two of us. Nice furnishings and TV as well as a very comfortable bed. Would definitely choose this unit again.

Awesome Stay

Great place for up to 6 people. Plenty of amenities. Found any needed utensil, pot/pan, dish, glass, mug. Lots of towels and bedding. Two coffee pots for full pot or single cup of keurig. Balcony table and chairs were great and just as pictured, as was all the decor which was beautiful. Lots of parking with easy access. Weather was gorgeous the whole week. Can’t say enough about the Fabulous ocean view. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
