We had a little staycation me and the hubby. It was very quiet and nice. Comfortable bed great view.

Great for the price

The room was 90 degrees when we checked in. Took all night to cool off. The room was very dusty. Crumbs in bed. Other than that everything was great and as suspected.

The closet door was completely broken off as well as the shelf in the closet. The drawers in the bathroom vanity had the bottoms missing out of a few.

Nice!

Enjoyed my stay! Very peaceful location, overlooking the bay. Not a far drive to the beach. Everything was clean and overall satisfying. I would have given 5 stars, however there was a terrible odor in the room, and the bedding was uncomfortable. So I recommend bringing your own pillows and extra blankets. Other than that, I can’t complain. We will be back again.

We left early we couldn't stand another night here

This was probably a really nice, cozy apartment at one point. If you don't look too closely, it looks great. Then you see the pillows have been flattened almost out of existence by so much use. (Our first thing when we did when we arrived was go to Target and buy new pillows). When you try to turn on the lamp, you realize half the wall outlets don't work, and one outlet didn't even have a cover, just leaving a giant hole in the wall (right next to the bed, and there was a spider on my pillow when I arrived). When you shower, you notice the nasty shower curtain stained from years of use and the rust all over the shower curtain rod. If you can sleep at all on the grossly uncomfortable mattress, you wake up stiff as a board. We cut our week vacation in half because our backs couldn't handle another night on that bed (and we're in our 20's). And on top of all that, the wifi provided didn't even work. We called the tech help line, and the guy told us he didn't have access to their wifi, and he gave us the password to a different connection, but that signal only reached half of the apartment. TL;DR - don't be fooled by the cute pictures, stay somewhere else.

It worked for us. The view was amazing

We could not give it a 5 star rating for couple of minor details. First, the flow was not very clean at all walking barefoot the first night and our feet were black. The mop available was subpar and not even worth trying to use it to clean, so we wore socks and washed our feet a lot! Also, there was rust on the underside of the shower curtain and tp holder and the shower curtian was very rusty looking from the water I presume! Also, instructions on how to obtain more linens and where to Finally, some hooks on/in the bathroom or on the balcony would be helpful to hang towels and suits.

Nice area, close to Destin

Overall, was nice. Electrical outlet was exposed by the bed. Refrigerator better size than in hotels. Quiet, nice view of the sound. In my opinion, should have checking out instructions to fit the condo not generic. Wish ice maker on grounds. Was good experience for first time in renting.

Cozy, clean, great little condo!

Great little place to stay for a quick getaway. Only thing that concerned us was the size of the condo. It is perfect for a couple or even a small family with one little one. There were four of us and we have a 6 and 12 yr. old so it was a little cramped for us. Overall, everything was clean and we had all accommodations that we needed. Our kids loved the pool and there was cable (HBO and Disney channel) for when we had our down time. We made it work and we enjoyed our time there.

It was a cute little room!

I brought my girlfriend here for a beach weekend getaway and this is just what we needed. If you're looking for a cute little room by the bay this is all you need. It's about a ten minute drive from the beach, but if you're like us then you'd rather be away from all of the traffic.

Nice complex, nice unit, fees charged by VRBO and Vacasa are extra

This is a good location, nice complex, a little hard to find because a restaurant separates the 2 "sections" of the complex. I booked my stay via VRBO. Vacasa uses the VRBO platform & you'll see the extra charges when you "check out". My stay was quick and my booking was done on short notice, but I'll pay extra attention next time!

Very economical but it does not have a washer

Very clean and comfortable (except the couch bed but aren't they all uncomfortable) Very close to the beach and every ball field we played but the washer is outside and one floor down. Overall I was pleased for the price.

Nice convenient and cozy

We stayed for a weekend and this condo was very nice, efficient and clean. Balcony overlooked the back waters was peaceful. Location had all you needed for a stay. Onsite laundry, hotel carts for luggage. Condo itself was cozy and efficient. The only recommendation would be bring extra padding for sofa couch...it's a thin mattress and the bed mattress although comfortable could use replacing. If you plan to actually cook...its a small kitchen and closet space is limited. Had to call property managers concerning an extended checkout and they were SO easy to work with! Would definitely recommend ...
