This property had an amazing view, easy access to and from the condo and other fun things in town and the sand and ocean was mere steps away. The property itself was the perfect size for the three teenagers and two adults in our party and loved being on the end right as you get out of the stairwell. I felt very safe in this location. I really liked the lifeguards patrolling the beach as well. The unit was very clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Realjoy was very quick to respond and communicated well when dates were approaching and info on check in and check out. The only thing I could give a recommendation on was the fitness center. It didn’t have much (free weights, bench)if you are looking to keep your regimen up while on vacay (my teenage son, no days off, lol) We will definitely be adding this to our list of stay again places !

Excellent condo

Close to shopping and dining. This condo did not include beach service which was unfortunate bc you have to pack your own chairs and almost every other condo had one. Parking was a little congested with very few spots under the building that were reserved for certain rooms. Very clean, older building under renovation but condo was updated. Not much of a “fitness center” no weights or machines only a broken treadmill and a stationary bike. All in all, would recommend to any family

Beautiful views

Loved everything about our stay. The condo was great. It was equipped with everything we needed. Very quiet & a great location. Beach service was exceptional & so nice. We will definitely be back next year.

Some issues need addressed

It would have been nice if specific information about the use of the TV had been given. As it was we had to play around with the remotes and it was a lot of trouble. The ice maker made ice but would not dispense the ice. Someone had flipped the mattress in the middle bedroom putting the pillow top on the underneath side. First night slept like a concrete slab then realized the problem and we flipped it back like it should have been. Those mattress should never be flipped. Also, sheets did not fit the deep mattresses so you had bottom sheet coming off mattress. The condo was nice and enjoyed the rockers on the balcony. The above issues if had been addressed would have made for a nicer visit.

Great views and comfortable

The unit was nice will great views and adequate set up. Kitchen is updated with good appliances. Steps to beach. Beds were very firm. Only recommendation would be to add some oven mitts, and hand soap, there was none. Also find a way to fix the balcony sliding door. It was so difficult to open, it /hurt my back! I had to use the side doors to get out on the balcony. One other recommendation: for the price of the unit beach chairs should have been included. We had to pay forty-four dollars a day to rent 2 beach chairs!

Family vacation

Great location. Beautiful view. Good restaurants close. Wrong codes were provided to us for pool and fitness access. Electricity was off when we arrived and elevators not available. It was hard for us older individuals to use stairs getting to our room. I would think building should have generator. A few issues: restriction on air conditioning, tv and Wi-Fi did not work, ice through the door on fridge didn’t work, need new mattresses for all beds(very hard). Beautiful property, would definitely consider returning!

Not pleased

The door to front balcony wouldnt open, sealed closed. The beds were extremely hard. The furniture was very uncomfortable. Extremely cheap dining room table. Ice thru through the door didn’t work. We would never stay in a unit like this again.

Peaceful stay at the beach

Exactly as described. Beautiful view of the beach with easy access to beach and pool. Beaches were not crowded. Quick drive to the pier and Destin.

Nice Place

There is mold growing in the door frames of the sliding glass doors. Also, there is water damage in the common restroom which isn’t fixed and has mold growing as well. We stayed there during the cold weather and the heater did not circulate to the back room (the room where you first walked in) so it was very cold during the night. We liked this place as long as if the weather is t freezing like it was.

I will stay here again.

We travel to Okaloosa Island a couple times a year. Condo is a location. The room was spacious, clean, and accommodating to our needs. Check in was very convenient. The pool is much but we don’t go to the beach to hang out at the pool. I will stay at this property again.

Good Experience, but Several Inconveniences

My friend and I did a girls trip for the weekend and overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues the property could correct that did affect our stay. 1. Restriction on air conditioning use. The property did not permit air conditioning to go below a certain point, which was a bit frustrating at it was hot. I would recommend building the cost of AC into the rental cost so that visitors can choose the temperature at which they are comfortable. 2. Wifi and TV did not work. I am very tech-savvy and went over every troubleshooting step and checked every connection, but could not fix it. I also called the wifi company and they said everything was fine from their end, so this is an issue within the unit. 3. The front door was very heavy and VERY difficult to close. As in, you literally had to slam it as hard as you could. Any children staying in the unit under the age of 12 would not be physically capable of closing this door, and I’m not exaggerating. Not sure if there’s an issue with the door frame, but this is a safety concern. Overall we loved the location and the amenities. This is a beautiful property and we would definitely consider returning!
