We loved this unit . At arrival it was very clean , it smelled clean and the he rooms were neat. Location was great parking is under shade. Just a suggestion would be to have additional covers it got kind of chilly at night and we didn’t have additional covers. Also the stove sometimes wouldn’t heat as it should but we managed . I would stay here again!

Great Quick and Quiet Getaway

The unit was accurate to its listing, and provided a spacious two bedroom unit, which was perfect for what we were looking for. based on when we stayed, it was pretty quiet, and beach access was convenient. There is a public access point right next store, which may make the beach a bit more crowded during peak season. Overall, we had no complaints with the unit. The traffic in the area is a bit of a mess right now when going over the bridge, as there is a bunch of construction in the area, so I would recommend leaving a little extra time if you have to get anywhere that is time sensitive. Other than that, it was a nice seamless stay.

Pretty good overall, pool was ice cold kinda refreshing!

The room and everything was nice. The pool had lots of bugs in the inside portion of it. Other than that great place to stay! Would be willing to come back again!

This experience was Terrible.

I paid to much for this rental property. The lamps were nasty the mattresses were EXTREMELY nasty the the mattress kept sliding off the nasty mattress. Parts of the stove didn't work and were coming with intent to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The TV inside the MASTER BEDROOM was the size of a computer monitor the sofa pillows were tore and coming apart the trimming that sound the floor was missing and the nails were sticking out. I couldn't put my clothes in the dresser drawers because they were coming apart so I had to live this week out of my suitcases. This was one of the was the worst vacation experience I have ever had with VRBO. I would definitely NOT recommend this property to anybody. My other family stayed in 410 and my family and I spent most of out time at her Condo because 414 was disgusting.

The property was well maintained, the entry instructions were thorough so I had no problems entering my suite, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were texts and emails that were very helpful. I did not have clarity on the parking situation so I called the number that was listed, to no avail.

2 minute walk to the beach!🏖

Very convenient location in the heart of literally everything. Condo was clean, ac worked perfectly. The only thing I would say is make sure the mattress cover in the master bedroom is cleaned prior making up the bed with new sheets. It obviously was not cleaned so I took the liberty of buying some bleach and washing it myself. Other than that, it was a great experience overall. I would come back!

Convenient

We enjoyed our stay with a few inconveniences. They were in the process of painting the building, but were always quick to get out of our way if we needed to pass by. Also, our A/c was out, but since the temperature was moderate, we were able to survive with fans and open patio doors. Very nice balcony for sitting on with some view of the gulf. Easy access to the beach.

Comfy, Clean Condo

I booked this unit for our vacation with a daughter and son in law. It was comfy, clean and convenient to the beach. There was a work crew there repairing and painting the building so we didn’t get to fully use the patio/ balcony area but, it is nice. We will definitely book this condo again. Thanks, Vacasa!

Definitely an older property that is being renovated. The room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were concerned about one of the elevators that was under repair but still in service. However, the indoor and outdoor pool really help to make up for any shortcomings especially since it was a double red flag for half our visit.

Spring Break Beach Trip

Was very happy with the Seacrest, liked the location and easy access to the beach. The rooms were a bit smaller than they looked in the photos online, but not so small as to be a problem, and the unit was very clean and in good condition. Worked out very well for our spring break beach trip!
