Good place, but had some issues

Communication and check in was great. the place was pretty clean and in a good location. However, the furniture is old and sagging - the bed is uncomfortable and squeaks at every turn. The couch cushions are practically flat. Not a "condo" thing, but still impacted out stay - the HOA was doing work on the building - right under this condo - they were drilling into the concrete first thing in the morning - it was horribly loud, there was cement dust floating both up (so we couldn't use our balcony) and it was right by the pool and I didn't feel comfortable with having kids in the pool area. We ended up leaving 2 nights early because of that. The company didn't comp 2 nights, but they did comp a bit of our stay.

Needs some TLC

I have spent time at many different condos in the panhandle. I have to say, for the money I spent I would have expected the things I will note to not be an issue Needs cutlery - do not have a full set silverware for 1 person. I had to wash/use the same spoon every day Main couch is ready to be replaced -the cushions are so old and squished, it’s hard to get out of it. A dining chair has a leg about to come off - should be addressed Had great difficulty getting the cable tv to work - remote would not change the input to cable from Firestick. Had to stream from my phone. Think remote needs new batteries. An electrical outlet in primary bedroom and the cable wall outlet in the living room are both coming out of the wall - needs to be fixed before anyone with kids stays here. I have pics if needed Looks like there is black mold starting in the washing machine.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, nice updated condo. The view was amazing. The only downfall was hoping we could have checked in alittle early. Otherwise everything was great.

Great

We had great views and a very short walk to the beach. Everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was very clean. Only thing I would change is the patio furniture. The chairs sit to low.

Ok stay

The room was clean. The kitchen was extremely small - only 2 could be on their at one time. Master BR was really large. Extra room was a bunk bed. Beach view from balcony was great. Beach service was prompt and helpful. The small kitchen was not stocked very well. No cookie pans at all? We're Cajuns and cook a lot. All and all I give it a 3 out of 5.

The Co Contacted me 2-3 times a day..... Glad you wanted to provide CS but that was just too much!!!

I recieved text/ calls multiple times daily asking about my stay. Very frustrating. The main negative was we had to hand wash ALOT of dishes daily ( I know sounds very petty ...) b/c the dishwasher kept messing up. We contacted the company, but it was over 24 hours for someone to come out. When the guy finally arrived he stated he did not know anything about those types of dishwashers, so we had to continue to wash dishes daily and nightly when we got in. My reccomendation would be please do not contact renters multiple times a day. If a renter has an issue I am 100 percent sure they will contact you all. My only other reccommendation would be to train your service employees on the actual appliances.

Much needed

Great property, great location. The weather could have cooperated but we can't have everything. We had absolutely n problem with the property. The only thing that bothered me was the kitchen floor was sticky and the sliding glass door had someone's face prints all over it. We cleaned them but everything else was great.

Santa Rosa island laborday

There were construction going on. The beach front balcony was all locked and blocked due to repair work. There were dist and dirt outside the door. We had to move out and relocate to a new property. The entire day was wasted. With kids and family. It was not a pleasant experience choosing this beach front property.
