The property was perfect for our family and you can’t beat the proximity to the pool and beach. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, we will definitely come back again!

Mike and Jennifer have a gorgeous home. Their furnishings are beautiful and functional. The views and access to the beach are fantastic. We had a couple of glitches with televisions and internet (due to prior renters), but it was overall a fantastic rental and we are thankful for these memories.

Great spacious condo

We had a great stay at the condo. The owners were very good at communicating. They even offered us to check in early. The condo is really big and updated. We had two families in the condo and the little boy even was able to have his own bedroom with the Murphy bed room while the girls enjoyed the bunk room. The pool was big with lots of toys. It was really a treat to have two chairs out at the beach provided for us everyday. It’s also literally a two minute walk from the pool onto the beach, which was perfect. There were some games inside the unit which was nice and plenty of cookware and Tupperware which is always nice. They were having work done on one balcony, but they had communicated that in advance. There was some construction near the pool due to that. We had one leak issue, but the owners were gracious enough to refund us after we dealt with that overnight. They even had cleaners come in to wash the towels that had gotten wet. The condo is updated, very spacious, has everything you need and is so close to the beach. We also did not deal with any noise from neighbors. They also had many beach toys in the unit to borrow. It is located close to the Okaloosa Boardwalk as well as close to Destin.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo had everything we could need and plenty of space for two families. It was also nice to have games and toys for our little one. The pool was easy to access and a great way to spend the day as well as the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, beautiful beach

Property could have been a little cleaner especially the floors. Our feet were black after walking barefoot for only a few minutes. Stranger’s hair was found on the duvet cover and bathroom counter. The kitchen is smaller but well equipped. The property, pool and beach are well maintained and beautiful. Overall we loved our stay and wanted to stay longer. Would recommend and would stay again.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location. Very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Beach chairs being rented daily by the condo owner is also an amazing bonus, it made our walk down to the beach so much easier. They also provided floats and beak toys, which meant one less thing for us to unpack. Will definitely choose to stay at #402 in the future!

Loved this condo!

We really enjoyed the space that we had in this condo! It fit 6 adults, one teenager, and an infant perfectly with plenty of room if we had a few extra kids! The condo was clean and had every thing we needed/forgot. We love Emerald Isle in general, this was our 3rd year staying there, and this was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in there. We hope to be able to stay here again in the coming years! 10/10!

Fun in the sun!

We had an amazing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the spaciousness of the condo and especially enjoyed having a second sitting/tv room to accommodate different family members wanting to do different things during down time. The hosts were very timely in their responses and made everything very clear and easy upon our arrival. We had access to everything we needed and were able to spend so much time bonding and having fun in the sun on the beautiful beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Beach Stay

The condo was perfect for our two families … the two masters gave everyone their own space and the extra living room area gave the tweens/teens their own area to hang out in the evenings. A great location and just steps from the beach! The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and are already hoping to return again next summer! It was spacious and the location was great; we loved being able to look out the window and see the beautiful ocean view and take a short walk down to the beach. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beach vacation

Condo is very nice and has so many sleeping options. It worked great for our blended family that went. It had everything u needed especially for cooking. One suggestion i might make to add some more kid friendly plates into the dishes that r there. We just grabbed some paper plates to use because my kids would have definitely broken the glass ones. The owners were very responsive when we needed them. We had a water situation that needed addressed immediately. They were on it and even called the next day to make sure there were no more issues. The one thing that was not ideal for my family was the parking. This is something the owner has no control over as the spot assigned is just the way it is. For us it was challenging as its in a covered area with a wall on one side and a pilar on the other. We have a big suv and a handicapped child so we had to pull the car out to load him in. Plus side was the car stayed cooler because it was covered. Like insaid this was just not ideal for our family but could be perfectly fine for everyone else. Other then that we have nothing but good things to say! Thanks for having us.

Beach Family Vacation

This property is as perfect for our family vacation. Kid friendly, easy access to the beach and pool, two living spaces and ample room provided all of our needs. Jennifer and Mike provided great communication and were so easy to work with. We sure hope to return again someday to beautiful Okaloosa Island.

May Stay!

We had an awesome time on the beach. The location is close to multiple restaurants and things to do. The listing was 100% accurate and we had no problems with the property. Only thing I would have a complaint about would be to have more towels on hand for a larger group that stays in the future. Not a really a complaint just more of a suggestion. The property was clean and very nice.

Pool, Ocean and a birthday Cake Too

Clean, safe and great location. The property is close enough to the attractions but far away enough from the heavy traffic. The pool was just outside the back of the property and the beach was just behind the pool. The unit had plenty of room for 6. Parents, kids and grandparents all had a room. Next time we will stay longer.

The perfect condo

The check in information was very detailed. The condo had everything we needed. The two living areas was perfect for adults to play games in one area and the children can enjoy themselves in the other area. My wife and I had our own balcony at night and my son and his wife had their balcony - all with a view of the water.
