Front door disrepair hinted at less than pristine cleanliness. Couch & love seat incredibly uncomfortable. . Patio furniture broken. Junk on back porch. Checkin on circle with limited carts and non ADA access challenged. Bunk beds for kids highlight.

Decent place but not worth the current rate

Condo is dated and starting to show wear really bad. Floors are dirty, mold in the shower fixtures are barely hanging on. Light bulbs shot and flickering. We stayed 6 nights in prime season and payed over 7,000.

Ft Walton Beach - wedding trip

We stayed 4 days and 4 nights. Accommodations and amenities were awesome. The location of the co do was also close to restaurants and right in the beach. We will definitely come back to this location if in the area.

We loved the location on the beach. What we didn't love was the fact the floor needed to be mopped not just swept. When we arrived. It was pretty dirty. Getting out of the shower and walking to the sink made our feet dirty. Air conditioner didn't work upon arrival but a maintenance man came out promptly and got it started. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Plenty of towels and the condo was decorated well. View was gorgeous. I would recommend if the above floor issue was addressed.

Resort was great condo was ok.

The resort itself was great and really clean. I would definitely stay at azure again. The condo itself really is very worn and needs updating. I have stayed on the island about 12 times. I have always wanted to stay in azure as it is very upscale from the outside but the condo was just ok. Sofa was very uncomfortable. Patio furniture outside is very cheap made of PVC pipe and table and rug need replacing. Bar stools are very small remind me of preschool chairs a paper towel is actually bigger than the stool itself so no adult can sit on those. Just overall not comfortable to spend any kind of time inside. Disappointed with the condo unit as overall just really needs an overhaul to match the price charged and the upscale factor that one would expect when staying at azure. Property manger quick to respond when we did have an issue with fridge and communication was good between us I always felt informed. We spend most time outside so we just slept here but really needs some updating overall.

Cleanliness

The floors left our feet dirty ( immediately after showering)The master bath shower was full of mold. The cupboards and drawers looked like a tornado hit them. The bunk room had no storage whatsoever, and the bathrooms needed more hooks to hang our towels.

Beautiful Condo

615 is a beautiful condo in our favorite resort. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for 10 of us. Not enough chairs for dinner together but we were creative. The pools are beautiful and the beach is amazing. Nice to be able to walk to the pier for dinner. We will be back!

Awesome

Great place to stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the view of the beach. It was a bit chilly on some days, so the hot tub really helped and was a great feature. The kitchen is well equipped and appreciated the crockpot. The kitchen utensils, pots and pans cabinets need organizing. I would have straightened them up, but that’s not what I want to do on my vacation. Thanks for a nice vacation and we booked it already for next year:)

Perfect

After looking at properties for a few weeks, this property was at the top for configuration of rooms for what we needed for our group. We were able to check in early and had the best time. Being right on the beach to see the sunrises and sunsets was perfect. My daughter also left her blanket at the property. I emailed as soon as she realized it was missing and got a quick reply that it was found. Unfortunately she is still waiting for it to be shipped so we hope it gets back to her soon. All in all, I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful time and location was great. Issues were when using the water on the refrigerator door it leaked everywhere down the front of the door and floor and the section between the refrigerator French doors was broken and we had to adjust it each time it was open. Also the pantry door was loose from hinge and had to be picked up to shut. We contacted Coastal Vibes Vacations they sent someone over very quickly. He fixed the hinge but said a repair person would need to come out for refrigerator. The fans were covered in dust buildup. Cleanliness was good except for fans.
