Great location with great beaches

Stayed a full week with my wife and kids over spring break. We loved the beaches and the heated pool/ hot tub. The location was close enough to restaurants and other attractions, but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.Don’t miss the beautiful sunrises A!

Great stay at Okaloosa Island

Great location close enough to restaurants but far enough away. Small building with not a lot of other people which we loved. No wait for the elevator. It was clean and just like the pictures. A little small for us but there was 7 of us but was perfect too haha. Very quiet location. Right at the beach. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We were there Memorial Day weekend and this part of the beach was very quiet, family oriented. Our family tried several restaurants around the unit but we found that the ones in Destin, in our opinion, were better. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect beach getaway!

This was my second time visiting Unit 202, and it was a return visit due to all of the plusses with this space. The furnishings make you feel like you're in a home away from home (not outdated as many Florida coast condos can be) and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever meals you decide to prepare. Four of the most important (and valued) features are the fact that 1) the condo is beachfront, only steps away from the water, 2) beach service is included each day (two chairs and one umbrella), 3) covered parking, and 4) carts available for transporting luggage from your car to the condo (very helpful for arrival and departure). Close access to Publix, gas stations and waterfront restaurants. The location is only 15 minutes away from Destin if you're looking for more restaurant options. Highly recommended and we'll be back!

Perfect location, layout, and accessibility!

We had a blast staying at this condo. The location and size worked perfectly for us - we were traveling with elderly family members who had the emerald coast on their bucket list. Accessibility is most important when traveling with them. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach from the condo and super easy access (first come, first serve beach chair service worked out just fine). And the kitchen had the layout and accessories to make a couple meals, no problem. We’re used to staying in Destin, but now prefer Okaloosa Island based on this experience. Overall, the condo is very comfortable (including for those who want to experience the beach but can’t physically get to it) and we would definitely stay there again!

Great place to get away and enjoy the beach

The property is exactly as pictured. It appears to have been recently remodeled. Kitchen was more than adequate for our 2 foodie chefs. Arrival and check-out process was very clear and we had no issues. Things we really liked about this property: 2 king beds, close proximity to beach, excellent deck furniture that was barstool height - when seated the view of the beach was unobstructed by the railing. Very glad to have an elevator - that worked! One thing we would have appreciated is black-out curtains/shades in both bedrooms. Facility lighting at night is quite bright. Thanks for an excellent and relaxing time.

Perfect family getaway!

Location was perfect and great for a family! Nice and quiet area not too busy. Condo was just as described and nicely decorated and perfect for our family. There was a lightbulb out in the kitchen and master bathroom, which was no big deal but should have been fixed prior to us getting there. There was also a stain on the master comforter, which we did not use anyway, but feel that these sort of things should not have been overlooked by the cleaning crew and the inspectors, who inspect after the condos are cleaned, according to sunset rentals. Should think about more area rugs throughout. Constantly had to sweep because our feet were always getting sand stuck on them. Overall, our experience was pretty great, just minor things that could be fixed. Will stay here again! A great location, and family friendly!

Location, location, location!

What an amazing view with easy access to the beach. The beach itself is pristine and not overly crowded. The condo is literally steps away from the sand, and the beach service was truly the selling factor for me. Other plusses include the covered parking, elevator access and carts to load groceries and luggage from the car to the unit. It was also nice not to have to do laundry prior to departure. Publix is right down the street and there are several local seafood restaurants in the area. The condo itself is decorated nicely and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back!

COVID-19 Getaway

Enjoyed our family time, even though we could not visit many surrounding attractions during this time. The beach was clean, the families and full time beach chair assistants were awesome! There were games in the condo and the setting was beautiful! We love Fort Walton Emerald Coast and Sea Dunes!

The condo was perfect for 2 families and parking was accommodating. The views are amazing. I’m giving this a 5 because the views and location were excellent and although the condo was newly updated there were very small maintenance issues which I’ve notified them about. Ookloosa Island was very nice the location was great everything was short distance drive. Would definitely stay there again.
