My family and I loved this unit so much! We’ve been visiting Waterscape for years and this room has by far been our favorite! The views were spectacular! We had a tiny hiccup with correct gate codes but the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue! We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

Great condo!

We had a great stay. The view was amazing. We were so surprised and elated that there was a closet full of beach/pool toys and beach chairs. The kids really enjoyed building sand castles and motes with the shovel and buckets. We were able to go sit right down at the shoreline in the beach chairs with the kids. We had 5 children from age 7-14 with us and 4 adults. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation!

The condo was very nice. Felt clean and spacious. Beautiful view. Had everything we needed for cooking. Check in and out was easy and owners were easy to reach. We loved that this unit was close to the elevator so it was quick to get down and up from the pool area. Beds were comfortable. We hope to rent this unit again!

Great Experience From Start to Finish

The property was clean upon arrival. Communication was quick and clear. Great view, comfortable bedding. Loved the closet with beach accessories left for others to enjoy. Zero complaints. Will 100% recommend to others and plan to return when possible.

Nice spot for a week on the beach

This property is in a convenient location, has plenty of helpful amenities (the beach setup included was a big plus), and provided a nice setup for our family traveling with young children. Several pools on site gave the kids lots of options for water activities, which was helpful when the ocean was not accessible due to rough water/rip currents/red flags. The deck could use a good cleaning and porch furniture could use some updating. All in all this was a good stay!

Spring Break 2024 a big success

Had a great time in 501B at waterscapes. Check in was a very easy process and with the multiple elevators along with an abundance of carts we were settled in no time. The condo itself was very clean and laid out well, oh and the views were incredible from the balcony. The property is well thought out and the grills around the pools and the beach service was awesome, can't stress how those small convienences add to the overall vacation. If we could change one thing it would be that the main pool be heated just not the upper one. The complex had one issue which posed an inconvenience to us during our stay. Beach Blue Properties stepped up to the plate and kept us up to date on when the issue would be resolved and we mutually agreed upon a shared solution to this inconvenience. Couldnt ask for more out of a property manager. Highly recommend 501B and Beach Blue.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was very accommodating and the access to the beach was great. The swimming pools were a big hit with our grandsons as well as the rest of the family. The management was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Check in was easy. Beautiful views of the gulf. We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony before heading to the beach as well as evenings before bedtime. Enjoyed our vacation!

Fabulous vacay!

This property was perfect for the five adults and three littles! Ocean view balcony to sip coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. Close to elevator to get us down the the pool or beach. Condo was well supplied with beach chairs and sand toys and boogie boards. Plenty of room for us all to have space! We’ll be back!

Some bedding had NOT been changed. We found Sand and hair. Left message and it took over 2 hours for return call from Beach Blue. Then it took an additional 5 hours before someone brought clean sheets. Baseboards and under sofas had not been dusted in a while. Personally, I would change cleaning services. We had fun, but will not return to Beach Blue. Maybe some other property.

Second stay with more to come!

This was my family's second stay in this beautiful condo and we are already planning to do it again in two years. It is the perfect location, with a beautiful balcony view of the beach and sunset. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and had plenty of room, with beds to spare! Next time I will remember not to bring anything for the beach because they have all the toys and chairs you need, including beach towels. The variety of pools as well as easy access to the beach honestly provide all we needed, but there are multiple outstanding restaurants and activities within 15 minutes if you want to venture out of the resort. The only recommendation I have is to please consider placing a padded mattress topper on at least the bottom mattress of the queen bunk bed, since the mattress is VERY firm. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Amazing Unit

The condo was amazing!!! So much room for our group of 7 and the views from the balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed watching dolphins each morning and the sunset at night! Our favorite condo that we have stayed in yet and we have been to Okaloosa several times! Owners were fantastic as well to work with!
