Great place! The only thing that didn't work was the tv remotes, we couldn't get any to work but it could've been operator error too. But it was a great unit and vacation!

This place was so wonderful to stay in! So clean and updated. Biggest balcony I've ever been on and is great for the afternoon sun! There's even a full length mirror in the condo and I'm seeing less of those on my travels so having a full length mirror here is a nice touch. The condo felt like a home and I wish I could have stayed longer. The host is very quick to respond to anything. I definitely recommend staying here!

Communication from host was superb - best I've ever had. We ran from a snowstorm and our host helped us add one day onto our trip so we could check in early. We visited in late January, early February to one of the coldest FL weather patterns ever, so we did a lot of cooking! If you plan to cook, note that there are no spices. While I've visited other VRBOs and had left over salt/pepper, oil, etc from prior occupants, there is nothing. So come prepared! Not having the shelves cluttered with leftover stuff is also very helpful when you check out because you know everything that is yours. If you think you'll have leftovers, bring some containers. I wish I had those throw-away kind that you get from restaurants. The stove/Oven was great! Refrigerator - also fantastic. Had a "beverage" center with a pitcher of filtered water that automatically refilled when you put it back. There was also lots of ice - two different types of cubes too! My only disappointment would be the bed. Whenever one of us turned over, it made a sort of crunching noise which would wake the other up. A bed is such a personal thing, but this one wasn't our favorite. If you are particular about your sheets or pillows, bring your own. Everything was very clean. Washer needs High-efficiency detergent.If you come down in colder weather and plan to get in the hot tubs or heated pool, bring robes. GymNo yoga mats, limited floor stretching areas. Machines are Life Fitness. Good condition.

Our host was great at communicating with us as there were important details needed to maneuver our way around the building. The condo was very accommodating for a young child - appreciated that I did not have to pack my pack n play! Unfortunately since it was “off season” when we visited, the splash pad and little kid zone were under maintenance, along with the heated pool, but we made the most out of the beach and the hot tubs!! There was also a local park less than 5 minutes from the building!

We had a great time at waterscape. The pools and especially the lazy river were great. A528 was very clean and had a very comfortable king sized mattress. It had 2 full bathrooms which was nice and the kitchen had pots, pans, etc if you wanted to cook in. You also get a nice view of the ocean and the pool grounds which were beautiful. The owner sent us all of the codes to use to get in the door and the garage codes very soon after we booked the room. I look forward to going back sometime and would book this unit again.

Great Getaway

The condo was really nice and clean. The kids loved the bunks. It was nice to have two full bathrooms. The kitchen was nice—ice and filtered water both from the fridge were helpful to have. There’s nothing extra besides salt and pepper, so bring your own non-stick spray, foil, etc.The unit was farther back from the beach than I hoped; while the pool view was fun the beach view was minimal, so I just walked the short walk down to the beach with my coffee for the sunrise instead of sitting on the balcony.The two beach chairs and umbrella were perfect—no need to pay for beach service, or rush in the morning to claim the best spot. You are able to set up the provided chairs wherever and whenever you’d like on the beach. We chose right next to the water so we could swim and see the kids. The beach was busy (in June) but didn’t feel too crowded. The pools were nice and very clean. Kids LOVED the pools. They kept our kids entertained for hours and it was a great option to break up beach time. There’s lots of clean gas grills. Very family friendly. We loved staying in Fort Walton over Destin. It seemed a tad more relaxed with a little less traffic but still close enough we could drive to Destin for some activities. From Waterscape we could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the online pick up order at the nearest Publix was easy for some groceries. Tufan is an excellent host and provides plenty of info for you to plan a great getaway. Thank you for having us!

Great Location

The property was excellent if you are looking for both beach and pool access. Our family was able to just walk down the beach for food/entertainment. Tufan was great to work with. There was an issue with fridge before we arrived Tufan made us aware right away had something already in place and the problem resolved the very next day. I would highly recommend staying here.

It had it all!

Conveniently located 537A near the parking structure. So easy in and out The elevator was close so not far to get to ground level. Restaurants and bars were walking distance and the beach and amenities were all right there!

We loved the unit and the entire area as this was our first time there. We especially loved the view of the pool and courtyard, the huge deck for relaxing, the heated pool, and of course the beautiful beach! Great family condo

This was the rare case where the property was better than the listing pictures. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean. The deck was great with the sliding doors. Wifi and beach chairs were included.
