You can see some of the beach but our view was mainly the pool area… Room was everything we hoped for we will definitely be back… lower pool was freezing (kids didn’t care) upper deck pool was heated and perfect later in the day… host was amazing and very easy to communicate with 10/10

Great Location and Amenities for Families with kids

We loved the location of this condo. Several restaurants were within walking distance. There were so many pools and places for our kids to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. The beach service was a nice addition to the stay as well. The owner was very responsive any time we had a question regarding the condo. Would definitely love to come back to Waterscape for another vacation.

Traveled from Nebraska. Condo was bigger than expected as the pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the Florida weather while visiting military family over Christmas. We even left a puzzle for the next travelers to complete!

Wonderful condo, host, resort and vacation

Waterscape is a lovely property in the perfect location. The resort is extremely family friendly for all ages. I took my great niece for her HS grad trip, her two besties since Kindergarten, and her two teenage sisters. The beach is beautiful and the beach service team is awesome with reserving and setting up the chairs/umbrellas. Our condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Working with our host, it was seamless regarding reservations, check-in, check-out, and perfect amenities. Overall it's really quiet inside the condo meaning we didn't hear the neighbors through the walls. I would suggest getting to the pool early, like 8am, to have any chairs for the day. Even though the policy is "no saving chairs," everyone saved chairs. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo and Resort

When we arrived, our room was ready earlier than expected, so that was great! The condo was VERY clean and so was the resort itself. My family had a lot of fun hopping between the beach and pool most days to escape the HOT Florida sun in August. Thanks for having us :)

The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We appreciated the pack n play for our infant. It had a view of the splash area. It is close to the Publix or Winn-Dixie. The fridge had a water dispenser on the front and the ice machine worked great. The free beach service was nice as well.

We had found a few of the wash clothes stuffed way in the back of the vanity that was dirty, we had to look for them b/c between both bathrooms we only had 3 wash cloths. The bunk bed sheets were dirty. Lid of the trash can is very dirty

Beautiful Condo

We were first timers to the Fort Walton / Destin area and I traveled with my husband and 6 yo daughter. This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so well decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were so nice! Spacious and welcoming vibe upon arrival. We loved the location as well. It was close to so many wonderful restaurants and only a few minutes from Destin for some more fun. Traveling in April it was so nice to have the heated pool! I loved how when we needed something Coastal Vibes responded promptly and helped us out. They are very professional and easy to work with. We will be back to this area and will certainly book with Coastal Vibes again!

2nd Stay at Waterscape

We stayed at Waterscape resort ~7 years ago on a ground floor unit. I think this latest stay in Oct 2022 was a superior experience. This unit felt larger than expected when we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got in. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, which was great because we like to make breakfast every morning and cook most nights. The location of the unit worked well for us, as it overlooked the splash pad and we have a 2 year old who loved to go down the slide. You can definitely see the ocean from the balcony, which is much nicer than the parking lot view we saw when previewing other units. Parking in the garage was about 20 feet from our door, so very easy to get out and drive 1 mile to Publix. Furniture and beds were nice and place was updated. The price was ~20% or so higher than other units that we looked at, but I think it was worth it for the good view, updated interior and convenient parking. This was late October, high 70's and sunny, so we had some concerns about cold pools. But one of the three pool areas is well-heated. The resort was very nice and clean, and I enjoyed having an early morning workout in the gym. David Jenn with Coastal Vibe Vacations quickly responded when we had a request and provided timely checkin/checkout info. Although we weren't able to take advantage, the unit was ready for us before check in time. All in all, a very nice last minute get-away for the family.

The best stay!

We had the best stay here at this property! The condo was beautiful and more than enough room for our family! A perfect location, a very short walk to the beach, and our toddlers and teen sister had the best time at the pool and splash pad everyday! The condo was the perfect location with the front door located right outside where you park so a short distance to come and go! Would definitely come back and stay in this condo!

Fantastic Experience!

Perfect place for kids

We absolutely loved Waterscape. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pools were great, the lazy river was a huge hit, and having grills near the pools was a huge perk. Our kids were able play while we cooked. The condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. It was so easy to unload all of our luggage since the parking garage was steps away from the unit. We loved that we could walk to the pier and all the restaurants that were close by. AL's Beach club had delicious burgers and a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.
