The condo was not as clean as we hoped for, the floors looked as if they were not mopped nor vacuumed. I understand we are at the beach and sand is everywhere, but these floors were dirty, not just sandy. The tile floors had stuff stuck to them that looked as if it had been there for a while. There was mold in the showers as well.

Wonderful place easily accessible to the pools and the beach. The property is one of the cleanest places ive ever stayed inside the condo and outside as well. The property is a very family friendly atmosphere.

Our stay was our favorite so far! We loved having the ground unit for our 4 boys to have space to run around and play. It is a further walk to the beach than other units, but it’s still not too far while toting kids and all the beach things - and with our youngest boys ages 5,3, and 1- we loved being steps away from the splash pad where we spent every morning. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the awesome communication and helpful information throughout our stay. The whole family said we wanted to come back here to stay! Highly recommend the Waterscape for children and this particular unit was amazing

Our best stay in Fort Walton Beach to date

This was our third spring break in the area and of the three fantastic condos we’ve rented, this was our favorite! It was clean and spacious and the walk out to the pool area was a wonderful feature! My kids loved playing in the grassy area in front of the condo. (And of course they loved the heated pool, the lily pads, the lazy river, and all the other kids around!) The beach was stunning as usual, and we especially enjoyed the way the chairs were set up in a horseshoe so everyone had a front row view and it invited the children to play together. I’m sure we’ll be back!

great place

We loved the condo and its cleaniness. Owners were very quick to response. We needed a light bulb change and they were right on it. Loved the location of the condo with kids.Plenty of outside room also. Close to pools We will be back next year. Thank you for a great place

Mini vacay

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. The only problem I had was with the set up of the umbrellas on the beach, personally I want to face the water when sitting on the beach and the chairs usually available are in a semi circle facing other people, this would not keep me from returning to the property, I just took my own beach chair so I could sit facing the water .

Home away from home

Our family had a wonderful one week vacation mainly due to the comfort and convenience of our condo-C205. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. I had many questions before the trip and he answered immediately and was so pleasant! Not having a “check-in” process after a long day of travel was soooo nice! We went straight to the condo, put in the door code and as soon as we walked through the door felt right at home. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find-it’s very well stocked with pots and pans, blender, coffee maker and kurig, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and every utensil we needed to cook every night. The master bed/bath was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows in the closet and a set of bath/hand towels and washcloths for all 6 of us. We did a load of laundry everyday and ended up putting all the bath towels in two big baskets provided in the hallway table because we all showered at different times of day and it was just convenient for us. The other half of our family was in C202 and these two units were located perfectly for us. We had a 5,3, and 1 yr old and the walkout unit opens up to a big yard area for the kids to play when we weren’t at the beach or the pools. The C units were furthest from the beach so we rented a wagon (party of 12-3 kids under 6) which we never even used! I haven’t covered pools yet but out of characters. They were excellent. Something for everyone!

Great Stay!

Overall we had a great stay. The property was kid friendly and the beach is beautiful. We were disappointed that the front lawn, which we had planned to have as an option to play before pools open, was wet and muddy every day we were there. Other than that the condo was stocked with everything we needed and they allowed us to check in early. Would recommend!

WE WILL BE BACK!

We are beachgoers. Every year we come to the beach at least 3 or 4 times. Usually Pensacola Beach, but for this last minute trip, we decided to go down to Ft Walton Beach and I'm so glad we did! We absolutely loved the condo, the condominiums, the water park, and the beach. This condo is literally steps from the kiddie splashpad area and it was absolutely perfect for our 3 yo and 1 yo. Our days went something like this: 8:30 - Water park; 11:00 - Lunch and naptime; 1:30 - Water park; 4:00 - get ready for supper and then bed time afterwards. It was awesome and our 2 boys loved it. They were so wore out every day they slept good every night! The condo was well stocked. It had a Keurig (every condo should, but they don't). It's actually 3 rooms if you count the bunk beds in the laundry room. WE LOVED IT!

Great Vacation

We have stayed at Waterscape several times, but it had been a few years since we'd been there. The property and pools were just as awesome as we remembered. The kids had a great time! Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed.

Not the best

Communication with owners was great, really appreciated letting us in 2 hours early. The pool and beach access was nice. However, the property was not clean, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 people. The pool was insanely overcrowded.
