We love waterscape! The lazy river is awesome and the beach is a short walk with ramps available. This is a great place for kids with the splash pad and small slide. Great restaurants are close some within walking distance. We really liked B601. The view of the beach was beautiful. The starter supplies was more than I’ve ever seen in a condo so that was nice. Nice balcony furniture and the inside furniture was great. Check in was the easiest we’ve ever had. I understand the pool wristbands but they didn’t always work and was kind of annoying but no big deal.

We had a great time spending Spring Break with family in the penthouse! It was very easy check in and out process. The kids loved having the ocean and several pool options available! Lots of restaurants within walking distance! We will be back!

Beautiful property, wonderful location

We spent nine wonderful days in this beautiful condo with our family. The layout and ocean views were why we chose this unit, and we loved the easy beach access, daily chairs and umbrellas, and helpful staff. The spacious deck with comfortable seating was perfect for dolphin watching and breathtaking sunsets.The location was excellent, with plenty to do and great dining nearby. The owners provided helpful recommendations, which we enjoyed exploring. A maintenance issue with a squeaky bed was quickly resolved, showcasing the responsive service.A few suggestions: The penthouse kitchen lacked some expected essentials, and while reimbursement was offered, better stocking would enhance convenience. Small but necessary items like hand soap, salt, and extra dish towels should be standard. Also, supplying pool towels would make packing easier.The heated pool and hot tubs were great, but the unheated splash pad and zero-entry pool were too cold for kids, which wasn’t clear in the listing. Overall, communication with the owners was excellent, and while a few improvements could enhance the experience, this rental deserves its high rating!

We’ve already rebooked! Very accommodating penthouse with roominess for couples & adults. The photos to not do this unit justice as we found the space so wonderful for watching football games, eating and simply enjoying the view on the roomy deck.

We stayed here Dec 13 thru Dec 16. The weather was great! Our condo was very convenient, on the beach, walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Amazing trip and beautiful condo

We came to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16 and had an amazing time! The condo was gorgeous, clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the view was breathtaking! We loved the beach, pools, and hot tubs, and even got in some time at the gym. There were great restaurants close by, and lots of things to do. We would definitely recommend this trip and this condo. 5 stars all around!!

The condo has the most beautiful view and location to stairs was great which went directly to the pool area. The bathrooms in the pool area were also kept clean and maintained. The kids loved the pools and beach. The heated pool was a big hit! We had a great time!

Beautiful Condo with exceptional view

The condo was amazing. We had plenty of room for our whole family. 8 plus an infant. We also had two extra people two of the nights and they slept on the pullout sofa. The condo was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants! We recommend Stewbys! Coastal Vibe was so great and helpful! Delightful Week

We all enjoyed the condo and property very much. View was wonderful and good places to eat were close by. One of our family members is handicapped and I have two suggestions ( not criticisms ), For the condo, a hand held shower attachment would be very welcome to someone who cannot stand in the shower. For the property, the handicap ramp to the beach is great but there remains one significant step down at the beach level which somewhat defeats the purpose. The bottom of the ramp should meet the sand at sand level. The pools, beach and ocean were the best I have ever been to as a total package, Thank you for making everything very easy. Kevin

Awesome vacay!

We loved the condo!!!! The only thing that could be better is the vent in the master bathroom has something wrong with it and it makes this loud sound at all hours of the day. Also, the room is quite a trek from the parking garage (which is tricky too). So if you have little ones, be prepared to gather everything you need before going to or from the room and to/from parking garage because the walk is not quick:/ Other than those two things, we had a blast! Quick access to pool and beach and everything was well equipped and clean! Thanks for an awesome stay!
