This condo has a good location overlooking the upper pool with a long view of the gulf in the distance. It was nicely decorated, great floor plan and had a very comfortable bed. However, the basic supplies (towels, soap, etc) were limited and not of a very good quality. There was a dehumidifier located in a closet adjacent to the bedroom that ran the entire time we were there. It was quite noisy at night. And we were surprised to see a tip request in addition to the cleaning fee we had already prepaid. It’s the little things that affect your trip experience.

Hoping we can come again!

We really enjoyed our laid back trip to this quieter city on the FL panhandle. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. The pool area is soooo great, many options to keep a family with two teens busy for a week. It was amazing to have the added convenience of the beach service ( two chairs/ umbrella). We ventured out a few nights to eat, and one afternoon for souvenir shopping; so many shopping and dining options within a mile, and even within walking distance.We loved Parlor Doughnuts and Hightide restaurants. We very much hope we can come again. The only issue with our room was that the white trim shows dirt too easily and needed a little deep cleaning.

Cleanliness or not Soo clean!

We arrived late in the evening and found the bed in which my grandson should have been sleeping in but the outside rail and ladder was black.We literally had to clean it and it did come clean! The floor was actually filthy! You had to have your shoes on . Within a few minutes my grandson’s feet were black . Someone needs to learn what a mop is

Annual Summer Vacation

Once again, we celebrated a wonderful summer vacation at Waterscape. The beaches were beautiful and the unit was super clean and accommodating. Checkin was simple. Instructions to checkin were also easy. We appreciated the beach service. Overall very nice!

Great Vacation

Wonderful room that appeared updated. The room was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. We had arrived a little early and they immediately coordinated getting us our pool bands so we could enjoy the amenities while our room was being prepped. We have stayed in many rooms over the years and B422 has been a favorite.

Very comfortable and very clean! I was going to give cleanliness a lower score because the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded before we got there but decided that would be unfair as they had been cleaned! Great location and had everything we needed!

Perfect Clean Facilities

Perfection! Everything was clean from room to facilities. Staff constantly cleaning. The bed in B422 was amazingly comfortable. Proximity to the beach area was literally steps outside the pool area. Amenities listed in description matched to what was offered. We had a Walmart order set up and delivered us groceries/toiletries a couple hours after check in. Only down fall was a little loud music on a Friday night from AJ’s across the street. Already planning on next stay here!

Great condo at Waterscape

this condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Our boys are 8 and 13 so the bunks were perfect for them. We loved the beach, complementary chairs and umbrellas and then we’d relax in the pool or lazy river when we got tired of the sand/salt. King bed in master was fine to sleep on. It is a little springy and bouncy when the other person moves. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Having a washer and dryer was nice. I did let management company know if a clicking/leaking sound from master toilet and for the dryer needing servicing as the lint build up did not allow for efficient drying (had to run things 2 drying cycles). Overall, great place!

Perfect for kids!

Great location within the Waterscape complex! This property was well maintained, the check in process was extremely efficient, and proximity to the beach is superb. While we overall prefer Miramar Beach to Okaloosa, this complex afforded great amenities for children (huge pool, lazy river, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a kids splash pad). Crowded at times, but always fun! Would recommend this stay for families.

The property was great and the room was just as described. The bed wasn’t incredibly comfortable but was workable. Shower is a little wonky but no real issues with it. Great place for families, and beach access with chairs included is a huge plus.

Summer 2022 Getaway

We have been to this area several times but this was our first stay a Water Scape and it did not disappoint! The pool area was beautiful and can’t wait to bring our grandkids! Loved how the beach chairs and umbrellas were setup, not all in rows so not a bad view from anyplace you sat. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone, especially if you have kids. Condo was beautiful and well stocked!

Great location but confusing to park and find

This is a good location, close to the beach and right next to several of Fort Waltons restaurants both on the beach and inland. Id definitely stay again. For downsides, the condo had sand on the floor when we arrived. It had clearly not been vacuumed well, but it was clean overall. The parking garage is confusing. I recommend parking on the same floor as the unit. The floor number is the first number in the unit number. The building letter is also confusing, however there isn’t a wrong answer as they are all connected. It just helps with which side you park on. Finally, the door to the room is sunk into the building, but there is a door with the unit number visible from the hall. This door isn’t accessible as it is storage. Find the door that’s sunk into the building where you can type in the code. Once you figure it out, it is easy from there.
