We enjoyed our stay! The property was easy to navigate. The beach was steps away. The pool is not heated it felt like an ice plunge. The hot tubs were great. There were restaurants within walking distance. There were other restaurants a short drive away.

The perfect place for a family getaway!

I can't say enough great things about Waterscape A407. The hosts were communicative leading up to our stay, provided us with all of the information we'd need to arrive and settle in, provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting, and most importantly...the accommodations were outstanding. Clean place, exactly as pictured online, plenty of room, and welcoming atmosphere. The pool options were fantastic and the beach is so close. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time and we plan to book with them again in the future.

Very Pleased

Unit was nice, clean and comfortable. View from inside the unit was beautiful. On the porch though, you get a close up of the back of the building next door, the HVAC units and the loading lot. The unit is a hike away from the parking garage so keep that in mind. It is conveniently located to the pool and beach though. There's not much storage for food supplies so if you're planning on stocking up on food, you will need to be creative. Read up on June Grass if you plan to visit in June. It struck during our stay and ruined the ocean.

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had a wonderful time. It was easy to get to so many different places. We were on the beach which was beautiful and clean. Would not hesitate to book this Condo again, everything was perfect.

Don’t stay unless updates are made

The beds are so far gone you feel every spring. To pay premium price and not be able to sleep for the week is insane. Once beds are replaced, this would be a ok place to stay. Very crowded beach and pool area. For those with little kids, this is a good place to be for the pool and lazy river.

Amazing Vacation

This is my 3rd time staying at this resort. I love this resort because it’s very kid friendly. Multiple pools, kids splash area and easy beach access. The room was clean, it had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was beautiful. All the kids enjoyed the furniture, bunk beds and tvs. We did not have a bunch of sea weed in the water this time so that made my beach experience amazing! We were out there everyday. The cleaning people were nice and friendly. There were a few updates that need done as far as cooking pans and cooking utensils. But I told the property manager and he said they would put a ticket in for the updates. I look forward to many more stays here😀

Nice place with slight issues

First of all loved location. Condo was nice. View was nice. Well stocked with essentials we needed. Love the fact there was a pack n play on site. One minor inconvenience was the pots and pans were in the cabinet over the refrigerator. Very difficult for someone short to reach. There was a step stool provided but I fall on air I definitely don’t need to be on a step stool. This was a inconvenience easy to overcome though. We did have 2 issues I considered contacting the owner about though. First there was sand in the bed in one of the bedrooms. Also a fake fingernail under the covers. The beach had sand but had the sheets been changed before we arrived there should not have been any sand the first night band certainly not a fingernail. I realize the owner did not clean the room, a cleaning service did. Just a heads up to maybe talk to them about cleaning. Second the dresser drawers in one of the bedrooms weren’t on tracks or anything and the drawer fell out on top of my foot and left quite a bruise. May need to update this. Although the furniture is pretty it is very heavy and painful when it slips out. I still think this is a very nice condo. We have stayed at Waterscape about 6 times in different units and I would recommend this one.

Crowded spot, good for families with kids.

The listing was accurate and the condo is nice with a good view of the ocean. Our overall impression of this condo/resort is that it is just ok. Unfortunatley we got the dreaded June Grass during our stay (two years in a row now). This has nothing to do with the unit of course but it did resort in the already crowded pools being extremely crowded since the ocean was practially un-swimmable. The pools are very nice just crowded and you can not reserve chairs. If you leave towels to reserve chairs, security will take them. While the beach service is a great perk, there are a lot of chairs so it is very difficult to get a set of chairs close to the ocean. I got up early and went to stand on the beach every morning to wait for the chairs/umbrella to be set up. Unfortunatley there was always an army of people waiting and I was never able to get a set up front near the water. The actual unit is as advertised and was comfortable for my family of 6. Proximity to restaraunts/shopping at the pier is a great perk. Kitchen is tight with few cabinets but its servicable. The view is nice but you do get a lot of noise from the air conditinoners across from the unit, as it looks over the side of the neighboring hotel. If you have little kids and don't mind a crowd, this is a good choice for you. It was a little too hectic for me and my family so we won't be returning.

Very comfortable and roomy, easy access to stairs and elevators, parking garage was never full always open spots. Beach view from balcony and bed rooms were 10 times closer than what appeared in the photos! We traveled down for a softball tournament, so the washer and dryer inside the condo was definitely a life saver! We’ll definitely be back when we visit the Ft Walton area in the future!
