Great Location!

This condo was pefectly located on the ground floor right next to pool access and the beach. The patio was still privatewith landscaping between you and the pool, so you could sit outside and enjoy the weather. We had our family of 5, the 3 kids are all terns and they loved all the space! The pool was a great hit as well as the fudpucker's hut where you could get drinks and food poolside. Wednesday nights there is a huge fireworks show on the beach and a glow party at the pool with music, super fun! We drove to Destin from here to rent a pontoon boat for the day and visit crab island, which was one of the best parts of the trip. The room is very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of space and some updates lioe new couches from rhe original pictures that were nice and comfortable.The owner was easy to get ahold of when we had questions about pool bracelets or other things, we got quick answers, and they were very helpful.It was nice not having to use elevators when coming back-and-forth with luggage or groceries from the parking garage. It was very convenient. Definitely would stay in this exact condo again!!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The location couldn’t be better and check in/out was simple. We will definitely use this condo during our next trip to Fl. It was so nice having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use.

Family getaway

Loved the contactless check-in/ check-out process. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was the couch, it was really awkward to sit on like it was leaning forward. The pool was very crowded as it was the only heated pool to swim in, and the bigger pool was drained for maintenance. Other than that it was a great place to stay and convenient with kids to access the beach and pool. We appreciated the beach toys in the storage bin, that was a great help!

Great room! New fave!

We had a great time with this room! The only complaint we had was that the housekeepers really only spot cleaned before we arrived. There was residue left in the toilets, sinks, and shower. We went through and gave everything a good wipe down though.

Great place as stated but could have used some more cleaning

Carpet didn’t seem clean that I had my infant playing on. Ended up having to vacuum myself when she kept getting clumps of hair and other stuff in her fingers. Stuff/trash under the bed from previous stays, went to take a pillow out of the closet for an extra but it was filthy (blue toothpaste or something) and the mattress in my room squeaked so easy all night long to where I had to put my baby in the bathroom in the playpen so it didn’t wake her every night. Other than the cleanliness and the mattress it was great.

Family GetAway

We had 3 smaller children, 2 teens & 3 adults… the condo was in the perfect location to the pools & the ground floor (on the 2nd level) made it wonderful to be able to leave our beach gear outside without the hassle of dragging it inside & up the elevator. It was exactly as described & perfect for our trip. I would definitely recommend this condo & will stay here again.

Love Waterscape!

This condo was in the perfect spot for us during the colder months! Right across from the heated pool! I love that they had a large tote outside full of water toys! The beds were so comfortable! I would suggest someone taking a look at the big couch, it’s so uncomfortable because it tilts forward. I pulled out the bed to see if something was stuffed in there or bent but couldn’t see anything obvious. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here ❤️❤️

Perfect location!

We loved this condo! The location was perfect, centrally located to the pools and short walk to the beach. It was also stocked with tons of sand toys/beach items which my 4 year old LOVED. Beds were comfy and they have a nugget ice maker (so awesome!). We will definitely rent this unit again!

Our favorite summer condo!!

We returned to this condo for a second year, 4th stay at Waterscape. We booked for next year before leaving but had to move our week in order to ensure this specific unit. We love it!!! Perfect location for our family. We have kids ranging from toddler to preteen so it is perfect access to all the pool areas. Also, we especially love this unit because of the NUGGET ICE MAKER!!!!! Nothing like that GOOD ice in my cup by the pool:)

Great get away!

Great family vacation! 3 boys (3,6,8) had a blast. Loved the pool and beach so close. Lots of kids activities. Property was clean and looked spectacular. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Beautiful condo

We love Waterscape!!! This is our 3rd year staying here :) We have 3 boys and the pool/outdoor area entertains every age group. The condo was beautiful and has everything you need. We are already looking forward to our next family vacation here!!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was in the perfect location; close to all the pools, gym, beach, parking. The resort was very clean and the staff was friendly. The property managers were easy to communicate with. Would love to come back sometime.

Wedding week !!

We really enjoyed the stay . I had several family members who rented rooms . We were a very large group. Everyone was satisfied. My only regret is I didn’t see the email to leave the housekeeping a note and tip . I read it after. Oops.

Fall Break 2021

My husband and I brought our two kids, ages 3 and 5, for fall break and absolutely loved the room, resort, and location. The kids loved the bunk beds! The room was clean and located at the top of the stairs from the parking garage which was so convenient when carrying up groceries. We walked to dinner across the street several nights, but everything was very close. Overall, highly recommend and we will definitely be back for another stay!
