We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella set up for us. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. It was nice to have our own pool and enough room for all of us. We had no issues and would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home! Check-in and communication was very easy. The home had everything we could want and more. We loved the spaciousness, location, and layout. The porches were incredible (especially during storms) with rocking chairs and a porch swing. The property offered a great amount of privacy thanks to strategic landscaping that also kept temperatures enjoyable even with a 110 heat index. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful week in Destin!

We just got back from our...

We just got back from our second stay at your great property and the second time was as good, or better, than the first. The location is great, the accommodations are super, and there is a real "homelike" feel to the place. We were with a different couple this year and they were also delighted with "Destin Dreaming".

Great Location!

The house was very nice and spacious. We had 12 people comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware. Golf cart was a great addition to get around! The pool though is definitely smaller than ideal. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience

First family vacation we've been on in 10yrs this rental was perfect for the 11 of us we each had our own space but still plenty of room for all of us to be together. The house was very well located as far as access to the beach and numerous shopping locations along with many mini golf courses and arcades. Plenty of places to eat out within the range of the golf cart that's included with the property so that made it really nice. I would highly recommend this property and rental company to anyone looking my family will definitely be booking threw them again.

Perfect for larger families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main house and apartment were very clean and well supplied. Even the porches were well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space outside to sit and relax in the shade and let the dogs run and play. Plenty of rooms to accommodate several families. Beds were comfy! Pool was clean. Pool is small, but we still had a good time in it! The only downside is unless you’re super early, you won’t find a park at the designated beach access. It’s always full, and on the 4th, we couldn’t find a place to set up a tent bc space is very limited so we had to hang by the pool.

Family Vacation

Overall we loved the home, location, and the communication. I do wish that things in the kitchen could be left for others to enjoy. Seasoning, non parishable food items especially, etc. We were able to disperse to neighbors, just hard to throwing a lot of things away because you’re flying! I do highly recommend and we will look into this rental in the future.

Family vacation

The home is nice, the living space is small for the amount this home can accommodate. The kitchen needs stocked with more silverware to accommodate a large crowd. The skillets could use a replacement. I would recommend having some additional chairs on porch that are appropriate for senior citizens. We did enjoy the swing in the mornings and evenings. Thank you for sharing your home, it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Family Time

The best part of this vacation was down time with the family. We enjoyed the beach during the days and game night in the evening. There was 14 of us and there was plenty of room. The little ones loved the pool in the evenings. I loved the double wrap around deck. I was impressed at how well the kitchen had everything we needed from utensils to pots and pans The beds were very comfortable. I woke up feeling refreshed every morning. The only thing that I would add to this stay would be rugs in front of the doors coming from outside to keep the floors from getting messy. We will definitely be back !!

The cabana room (that’s what we call it) is so nice and roomy. We loved having a golf cart to travel around in. The location is great. Close to the beach, shopping, grocery stores, etc. We would definitely stay in this home again. Dealing with Frangista Beach Properties was wonderful. They communicated with us about the trash pickups, send us reminders about various things and when we had a small issue, we were able to talk to them to solve the issue.

Fabulous place

The house was amazing. We found the property to be exactly as described and actually even better. There is a lot of room so families can be together or not. It can be your choice. We traveled with an 8 month old so the bonus room was perfect for allowing her to sleep in a quiet space. The pool area is small but perfect for the 9 of us. The walk to the beach is very short. It is only a block away. However, there is also a 6 person golf cart that we used daily! We used it for grocery runs, trips to the beach, going out to eat and shopping of course! Overall, i would highly recommend this property. The Frangista Beach folks contacted us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out could not have been easier!
