Amazing

This is our second trip to the Destin area. When we return it will be extremely hard for our family to look any further for another VRBO. The location, the gated community, distance to the beach and other amenities...... Perfect.The hosts are incredibly responsive to any questions you may have and genuinely care about your happiness. :)The back yard and pool are understated.... trust me... you will enjoy the park like setting with the oversized pool.This property is very well maintained and really asks for nothing. Great value with exceptional service!

Grandchildren’s spring break

We came with our son, daughter-in-law, and theee of our grandchildren for their spring break. House was amazing and perfect for us. Commutation with the owner was outstanding. Loved it so much we can’t wait to come back

Lovely Home, Highly recommended

This home was everything our family could have wanted and more in a vacation rental. We have small kids, 7, 4, and 2, and this house was perfect for our family. We had enough space to accommodate a few more couples very comfortably. The appliances were all new, and the beach gear was perfect for our family. The beds were all very comfortable, and the two living room spaces allowed for us to spread out. If we had to list a complaint or issue, it would be the number of light switches I suppose? As far as location is concerned, it is centrally located to both Sandestin and Destin proper. Close enough to the beach to walk; but we chose to drive down to beach access by Pompano Joes. We opted for pool heat, and was warm enough for us to swim comfortably in 59 degree weather!

This One!

This house exceeded our standards. Everything was perfect. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone was comfortable and had space. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed plus more. Beach toys, wagon, chairs, cooler, etc. was all provided for our beach days. Pool floaties and games were also available for our use. I do want to take a moment to brag on the owner, Michelle. She was absolutely the best host we’ve had. Quick with every response and super accommodating. We will be staying again!

The beach life

House was furnished with everything we needed with some extra amenities. The pool was very nice, and there was plenty of seating for our party of nine. It was a short walk to the beach, and the owner provided coolers, beach toys, and beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home close to beach

The home is beautiful with a large back yard and pool. The kitchen and family rooms make for easy dinners and family time. The beach is a short 8-10 min walk away and offers stunning water and white fluffy sand. There are are also a few restaurants near by and The Destin broad walk is a short drive. Highly recommend this charming place.

Great property for family vacation!

We are repeat customers and love this home! It's very clean, well stocked and fits our family with kids. There's plenty of space to move around. The pool (which we get heated) provides hours of fun and it's just a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Beautiful, clean home in a nice quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the beach and along the beach road in the mornings. The beds are comfortable, and the back yard is beautiful with a well-maintained lawn, very relaxing atmosphere. We really liked the landscaping lights that shine on the palm trees in the evenings, gave it a resort feel. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Overall stay

The house was in great condition and in a quiet neighborhood. Was pleasantly surprised to see it in person and find that it’s better than the pictures. Beach was close and it was a safe and slow speed neighborhood, which made it great when having little kids along. Michelle was quick to respond and helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. There was actually a tornado that briefly touched down in a golf community close by, and she took the time to text and let us know … Thanks for everything, it was a great week

Great family vacation

The house was very clean and had plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved the backyard. The grass area was great and having shade options was a bonus for the kids. The location to the beach, stores and restaurants made it so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House

This by far has been our best rental. Michelle was amazing to communicate with. If I could give her 10 stars I would. House was amazingly clean. We knew this was their HOME and not just a rental. Pool heat was great and glad we did it as the weather just didn’t cooperate first few days. Everything we needed for kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc was utilized. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels. But do remember to bring your beach towels. Plenty of room for the 5 of us but certainly could see plenty of room for 10. Back yard and pool area was a huge hit. Beach is 1/2mile away. Easy 8-10 min walk. We enjoyed this property so much we already booked for next year. Thank you guys for allowing us to stay in your home!
