Perfect beach getaway for my husband and I! We love coming to 30A and this unit was a great location! We woke up every morning, grabbed a coffee from the local coffee shop downstairs & headed to the beach for a morning stroll. All we kept saying was how it would be perfect to come back with our two boys after school in May! The pool was drained and out of commission during our stay but the location of the pool and beach from the unit were great! The view is exactly as pictured. perfect!!

Wonderful Stay!

This property is a little gem!! It was perfect for a little getaway with my husband. It would also be great for a family with smaller kids. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach with private access. I definitely recommend renting chairs and an umbrella to make your beach day a breeze! There are several restaurants around the immediate area! Laura is an excellent host and is was very responsive when we had a hiccup at the beach access. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This unit has a great location and view, we were informed of an issue that was shared by the owner ahead of time. We appreciated the transparency from the owner on the issue and still made the most of our stay. Great view of the ocean, clean unit, perfect for our little getaway.

Needs some attention

I gave the property a 4 rating rather than 5 because the condo needs some attention. The fan in the bathroom is not working. The curtains do not work - you have to stand on a chair to open or close. Thanks,

Great location!

This condo was a great getaway spot for our family. The location is perfect, on a quieter stretch of 30A beach than other places we have stayed. The beach access was conveniently across the street from the complex. The restaurants in Gulf Place were great as well. There were a few issues at check in, but the owner was extremely responsive and remedied the problems pretty much immediately. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we would stay there again!

Charming Beach Retreat

We had an excellent time in this Gulfplace 1 bedroom. The condo was decorated very nicely and had an amazing view. We love these units because of their layouts that feature a bunk room and extra half bath. This makes it perfect for our small family. Lots of great things to do within a short walk or bike ride. Owner did an amazing job of communicating and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

A fantastic place!

The condo owner was great to work and communicate with especially during the unusual circumstances due to Covid-19 pandemic. Great, clean kitchen, beds and bathroom accommodations... perfect space for our 3 person family! The Gulf Place community was a fantastic area and we can’t wait to get back!

Amazing property and beach experience!

Paradise on 30A

This was one of the best vacations my family has been on in several years! Beautiful condo with views that can’t be beat. We strolled over to the beach with our chairs and paddle board. It is that close! We lounged on the balcony in the mornings and had coffee overlooking the gulf, walked to Shunk Gulley’s for dinner, enjoyed people watching and nearby shopping and ice cream!!! Awesome Sunday night concert just behind condo on the lawn. We loved the location of this condo! We were so close to the outlets in Destin and yet so far away from the crowded streets! The hall bunk beds tucked away with a half bath worked so well for my girls to have privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook meals if we wanted. I just can’t say enough about this adorable condo! The owner was incredible to work with and answered all questions promptly. We will be back again and again!
