Place was clean and nicely decorated. However steps to second floor are in need of a cleaning and repair. Had some maintenance issues in condo. Could have used some kitchen “niceties” such as some coffee to get you started, trash can liners. Pool is nice and heated. Pet friendly for sure. Probably look for different place next time.

Peaceful

The pet fee of $185.00 was outrageous and should be posted on the site. I had already booked the room when I found out the pet fee so there was no backing out. Either way the condo was clean and had all of what we needed for our short stay. However, it would have been nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper and packages of toiletry items being there were four people in our group. The sliding door of the bathroom fell completely off its track but thankfully my son was able to fix it. Overall, it was a quiet spot and we enjoyed the area.

No trepassing

The property we stayed out was clean and we would go back just based on the condo. However, due to the multiple no trepassing signs on the beach, we will not return to this part of Florida. I read about the law that allows this and I feel that the law needs to repelled, just my opinion.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. There were some things that could be improved but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again and recommending it to everyone. However the tile was dirty. We spilled water and wiped it up and the paper towels were filthy. Would not go barefooted. We wore house shoes. And the couch, I’m sure was cleaned but looks dirty. We wouldn’t sit on it without sitting on towel. Hated that there was no WiFi, but oh well we survived. ;) It is a great little town. loved all the food trucks downtown. it’s a perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend to see Coastal Dune Lakes. A couple of suggestions for the condo… since it’s a walk to the beach… providing a beach wagon and umbrella would be nice. And maybe add a foam mattress pad for the bed bc it is very hard. We did love the little gift boxes with the supplies, that was a nice touch. We will hopefully be back next year or sooner.

Bed SUCKS

Bed was terrible. Otherwise ok location but found a live roach on closet shelf when prepping to leave - had been there in the bedding during our trip - gross! The public beach area was dinky and horribly crowded despite our assurance when booking that it was "rarely EVER crowded". Locals confirmed it is a madhouse always. We will not visit Seagrove Beach area again - WAY, WAY, WAY too much beach is "private" and all the visitors gobble up the very limited beachfront by 6am with all their huge tents and junk. It could be a pretty place but privatizing the beaches absolutely ruins it.

Very relaxing vacation

The location was great with many restaurants close by! The only trouble we had was with the door lock. It sometimes took 4 or 5 tries to get the door lock to work. Also, the condo could use a little updating. A coat of paint would work wonders! All in all it was a great vacation!!

problems with no solution

We visited Destin and 30A every year for the last 25 yrs. Only place we ever go. Problems are OK but this trip had so many I just wished I could blink and be home! The air conditioner went out, the people who came to fix it were very nice but told us finally it could not be fixed. The dryer had no heat, and I had to clean before staying. I called Benchmark to ask what we were supposed to do so they sent us to another rental that smelled like cigarette smoke, but the mold smell was overwhelming, so we couldn't stay so they told us they could refund our money. When we went back to the first rental, the guys I'm assuming, had put an air conditioner on wheels in there, if Benchmark would have communicated this to us, we would have just stayed, but they told us we had to be out in 30 to 45 minutes so I had to hurry and pack up. My husband is elderly and has mobility problems, traveling is not easy, but it was the end of the day and they just wanted to be don't with us. I have never been so frustrated on vacation. We had a hard time finding a hotel. Not happy.

Our condo and the property is very clean and well taken care of. We brought our two small dogs in the ground allowed pet related accessory when we walked them. We were Very pleased and would stay again

VERY CLEAN

5/27/22........The property was extremely clean and decorated very nice. Looked as if had just been painted. Just perfect. It overlooked the pool. The kitchen was loaded with everything you need. It was about 4 blocks to the board walk for beach access. Pet friendly with poop stations on property. I highly recommend this property. Very comfortable for 2 people. Cleanest property I've ever rented.

More than 3 minute walk to beach

The property was nice and clean. It had everything we needed. There was a leaking faucet in the bathroom and drain in the kitchen. My husband fixed the bathroom faucet. Our biggest complaint was that the beach access was pretty far away. Much farther than the listing suggests.

Great experience

This property is in a great location and is just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and an awesome smoothie/snow cone shop! The apartment was clean and stocked with what we needed - towels, TP, sheets, pillows. pots and pans, dishes, etc.... We felt safe staying here and would definitely stay again.

Needs Updating but Great Location

The bed and pots and pans need replaced. There wasn’t a hair dryer so I had to go buy one. I was happy with the pool and that it was dog friendly. On quiet street with a short walk to the beach.
