We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, the beds were SO COMFORTABLE, the location was great, and the resort had great amenities for my kiddos. We would stay here again.

So ,so, good and bad.

If this gets published I’ll be flabbergasted. But every word is the truth. The good , Convenient to just about everything. Pool was clean and set up nice. Water was great. Grounds are well maintained. Trash disposal is easy. AC worked great. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils that we did not use. The bad , 4 pm check in. We arrived at 3:40. Door is on a timer. I call BS on that. Check out is 10amNo closet in second bedroom. Noticed small roaches in bathroom the first day and then again several times throughout the stay. Now you know why we didn’t use the kitchen utensils. Found the previous guest snack foods under the couch. Maybe that explains the roaches! No spare blankets Sand on floors in some areas. Rules and threats. If you like rules and threats then you will enjoy your stay. Written Threats are found everywhere. Do this or you will be fined. Do not do that or we will ticket you. Basically you clean the place up according to the rules and threats notice but you pay a cleaning fee. Enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient!

This unit looks like it was beautifully remodeled recently. The beds were super comfortable and it has plenty of room for kids. I did not realize it was on a golf course on a green, how fun! Easy access to the beach, just a couple of minutes! Very close to all the Destin attractions! This unit has everything you need for a great and comfortable vacation! We had the best vacation!

2 week family vaca

My wife & I come to the Miramar/Destin/30A area every year and Seascape is always the first spot we look to stay at. The location is tough to beat, about central between Destin & the 30A strip. Right by groceries, outlets, and of course, across the street from the beach. It’s become quite pricey since we started coming. This condo was decorated beautifully and the host was communicative. We truly enjoyed our stay. In addition, it came with the Xplorie program where we had a ton of free events at our fingertips. I played a few free rounds of golf, my wife & fam went snorkeling and on a dolphin cruise, and more! Highly recommend.

Family fun

My husband and I, along with our older teens, stayed here for just over a week. The villas were quiet, clean and updated on the interior. We enjoyed the pool one evening, even though it was a bit chilly. We walked to the beach a few times and my husband was able to take advantage of the fun pass to play a round of golf at a nice course. We were also close to stores and restaurants. The master bedroom was spacious and the teens shared the other bedroom. Their only complaint was that they didn't have a closet and not much drawer space for the 3 of them, but the master had plenty. We had all the essentials, though wifi tended to be slow and disconnect at times. We also happened to be leaving most mornings while the sprinklers were going which made for a fun obstacle run through wet grass to our vehicle. Despite these few challenges, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this villa.

Great family vacation

Everything was great. My only feedback is that the emails from the property manager are needlessly "off-putting" and harsh. They have lots of bold sentences like "Please do not ask for an early check-in", "Please do not try your code prior to 4PM", and "Please do not leave doors open while the A/C is on". I've stayed in lots of VRBO properties and have never seen welcome emails like this. I would guess that most people do not do these things so it's not a good look/first impression. We took great care of the property (like we always do) but I was nervous I would somehow get hit with a frivolous charge. This is a very small complaint and not that big of a deal, but they asked for what could be improved so I wanted to leave this feedback.

The place had some good points but also had some bad points had an old wicker table that should have had a glass top you could wipe off bed rooms were good way to far to the beach for the price we paid will not be going to Destin again.

Quaint and cozy

This cute little condo was a little pleasant surprise! The grounds and look of building doesn’t seem very well kept up with, it wasn’t terrible, just needed a little face lift and up keep but the actual condo on the inside was clean, upgraded and very roomy. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. Location was everything too, only minutes away from beach access, a convenient store, coffee shop and a scooter/cart rental which made for a fun few days. I highly recommend this place if you want to be near the beach and near Destin without the Destin price. Grayton and Santa Rosa beach are also a short/easy 20min ride east. Thank you for such a lovely place!
