Best location! Walking distance to Seaside shopping and right on the beach! The condo came with 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 5 bikes and wagon. We are ready to rebook for next year!

First Time in Florida

The condo was was stunning! We are foodies and the huge kitchen with lots of countertop space was a big plus for us! The beds and pillows were comfy. The open floor plan was just what we were looking for. We will be back again and I would choose this place for sure.

Outstanding view, perfect for access to beach & seaside.

Unit is fantastic. Would recommend and will rent again. It was very clean; one star reduction only bc a few upholstered and outdoor pieces showing age and use (stains) but nothing major; Nice quality when new so completely serviceable. Overall excellent, space and view can’t be beat. Perfect to be near the beach and seaside scene. Not for someone seeking quiet solitude in the evening during peak weeks as it is a busy intersection for this otherwise quiet beach destination.

Our favorite spot!! This home is breathtaking!! The size of the deck and living area make it perfect for everyone to have space ! The balcony overlooking 30A is our favorite spot! We have stayed in many place from Rosemary to Grayson and this is our favorite!

Expectations were beyond met!

This property was beyond words and expectations! This place was so incredibly relaxing and Spectacular, especially with my Grandparents. We surprised them with a small surprise anniversary party. For years my grandmother has been wanting to do a beach house of some sort. To say she was speechless yet overly excited to be there is an understatement. Thank you for having our family there, for letting us celebrate life, love and happiness. We can't wait to book through you all again. This was the trip of a lifetime.

Lovely stay, slightly put off by how the rental group communicated with me

This stay was literally so beautiful but a few days before checking in I was emailing the rental group just to confirm some details and clarify a few things on their welcome letter and they were quite snippy with me, being a little bit passive aggressive and directing me to read the welcome letter again to look for the information I was asking for when I had already read the welcome letter five times and that information was missing. They could have just answered my question with a direct response and I just found that to be a little rude considering the fact that we were paying A LOT a night. The stay was indeed so beautiful I’m just not a huge fan of when people working behind a company are rude when you are paying for their service.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

What a great place to be refreshed! The home is beautiful with spectacular views of the beach and sunsets. We enjoyed a pool plunge after the beach and the hot tub at night. We wouldn't stay anywhere else on 30A.

Wonderful Condo!

We just stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. The unit is immaculate and the location is fantastic. A short, 10-minute walk to Seaside shops and minutes from Publix Grocery Store. The new pool is also very nice. Best balcony on 30A with gulf views. I’d highly recommend.

Ocean view family getaway

Property was better than advertised. Plenty spacious and fully stocked will all of the essentials. steps to the beach with no crowds. A few blocks from the main area but very private. We went out for dinner to great resterants close by (including great place on the lower level of the condo. we went with our four young adult children, everyone had their own room. will rent this spot again!

Viridian Penthouse 402

Only 1 parking spot for 5 Bedroom property. We had 2 vehicles and were continually harassed by the Surfing Deer and Seagrove Mkt Valet to not park in the lot behind condos. Wifi did not work, management came out twice and just reset the modem. Cable did not work in one of the master bedrooms. The central air did not work properly in first two bedrooms on right when entering condo. Not enough furniture in living area for 5 bedroom property. Visit this area every summer and very disappointed in this property.

Girls Trip!!

This was the perfect location and property layout for a girls trip!!the fact that it one floor makes bonding and group gathering so much better. Usually each properties this large are 3 levels so everyone is scattered. Everything being located on the same floor actually made it such a better experience!! Would be awesome for large family trips also! We enjoyed the balcony and the fact we could walk to most places - especially the Surfing Deer:)

Great Space

The location and set up of this property is great for larger groups. The deck was amazing and everything was well appointed. Only misses were (1) the heating/cooling unit - half the unit would be freezing and the other half boiling - tough to regulate, and (2) unreliable Wi-Fi. Would for sure go back!

Huge outdoor entertainment area with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico

The photos of this 4th floor penthouse and the HUGE outdoor living space (with multiple lounge areas and a comfortable outdoor dining table for 10) hardly do it justice. Seriously, we travel a lot, and this unit it one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Well appointed and comfortable for our extended family of 10. The unit is perfectly situated to enjoy all that 30A has to offer, but with its easy access from Highway 395 provides an alternative to the traffic congestion on 30A itself. We enjoyed the five bikes which came with the rental, the private access to the beach just across the street, and our nightly ritual of watching the sunset as it sank into the Gulf (nestled on the comfy couches and oversized chairs in one corner of the outside deck).

Great Stay

The place was awesome with a breathtaking view. Lots of room for everyone and liked the layout of the place. Only issue was the confusion on thermostat setup. Highly recommend this place.
