Perfect vacation!

This place is perfect. Spacious, clean, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, huge balcony overlooking pool. The walk to the beach is shorter than you think. We will be returning!

Favorite Family spot

We’ve been coming to the Adagio for years and it’s a favorite family vacation spot. This unit has a beautiful balcony view of the pool and hot tub and I enjoy hearing the sound of the pool fountain while sitting on the balcony. It’s also conveniently located right across from the elevator so very easily accessible. We really liked the carpeted bedrooms and comfy furniture in this unit.

Great time with 5 teenage boys

Great location next to the pool. The beds were comfortable and condo was clean. The only downside was you couldn’t leave beach chairs outside so it cluttered up the door and made sand an issue inside the condo. This is a building complex’s rule not the owners rule, so we followed.

Perfect

We loved this condo. Perfect location with easy beach access and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was quiet and spacious. Furniture was nice and clean. The kitchen was modern and easy to use. The heated pool and hot tub were very nice. The whole family enjoyed it. My kids already want to come back. Thank you!!

Beautiful

We stayed in a unit facing the pool, beautiful view and could hear the fountains which helped down out the bunch of kids running wild every night. Our unit was nice, could use some updates but I can imagine the wear and tear a place takes. The steps to the beach each day were a lot, definitely not suitable for older people. The location was great, lots of great places to eat nearby. Overall great place.

Great time!

We've stayed at Adagion 8 or 9 times and it always wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The host were wonderful at communicating and the Adagio staff were wonderful! One minor thing tho, the rules I recieved about the hot tub were different than the rules posted at the pool area. The no kids under a certain age wasn't enforced and it was too filled with little ones for us to be able to use it.

Family Vacation

Excellent property and location. The property was clean and well-maintained. My only complaint would be the beach setup. If you don't purchase a chair rental for the week, you only have a very small area for everyone else to set up in. It is very frustrating and everyone is cramped in a small area. Please provide MORE beach space for guests who do not want to spend $400 plus a week to rent beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but will probably not come back simply because of the beach situation.

Perfect choice for our family

Beautiful property. We loved that we could see the pool from our balcony and keep an eye on our kiddos. Very short walk to the beach where we rented chairs (which I highly recommend). Two free bikes were awesome to use. Nice appliances and the condo had everything we needed. Spacious patio and the bunk beds were much larger than I imagined.

Family trip

Overall the condo was very clean and enough room for our two families. The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and dish towels and wash cloths. I would also recommend more than one towel a person. Those are easy fixes though. I did love all the storage and tables in the bathrooms … plenty of room for all our stuff…the complex is amazing -love both pools and it was very clean . Would definitely stay there again .

Family Christmas at the beach

Enjoyed our stay except we didn’t expect so much noise from guests in the hot tub. The carpet in the bedrooms was old and dirty . I would suggest new carpet and a new cleaning service and your unit would be lovely.

Quiet and spacious

We rented 1st week in August 2022. - Condo was way more room than we needed for a family of 4. - Smart TVs with many apps and cable TV. Thanks to prior guests for not signing off we watched apps I don’t subscribe to - balcony overlooking pool was larger than expected. - there are gas grills throughout property. - View of the pool fountain as you walk into the condo is amazing. - Kitchen was well stocked for cooking with large pots, coffee makers and platters for snack trays. - Condo door is 2 steps from elevator - Several luggage carts available. - Large ice machine on property was being repaired during our stay but what a great property feature to be able to stop and fill an ice chest on way to beach. - Parking was no issue - Walked to get ice cream one evening, 10 min walk - Short drive to watercolor for our usual stops. - We used our own beach umbrella and chairs mostly because we had them but chair rental options are always nice and easy. - Only about 6 spaces at ocean are available between rental chairs and a guarded private beach area. We opted to set up in afternoons and close to the private beach for a little more open view. Had no issue sitting right at water edge. - Wish there was a game closet for kids. The games left behind were old and missing pieces. Also didn’t find but 1-2 books in condo so bring your own. - Bring several of your own beach towels.

Love Adagio

Ideal for families

We are always pleased with our stays at Adagio. This is the perfect location for families with teens. Our children are able to ride their bicycles and enjoy the property as well as local shops. The property and beach are beautiful and a short distance to Grayton and Seaside.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this large well appointed condo! The balcony overlooks the very large unheated pool and the hot tub. It is a very short walk to the heated pool and down to the beach. Will definitely stay again! The red tide was coming in while we were there which caused some coughing and irritated my kids eyes and nose a few of the days. But there is obviously nothing anyone can do about that. My only complaint about the beach is the association allows the chair rental company to occupy 90% of the beach. This leaves only a small stretch for personal chairs. I expected this from other reviews but we did have to get up early to get a spot. The condo owners suggested renting only an umbrella which is a good idea. The owners were very friendly and responsive!

Perfect location and great condo

The condo had plenty of room and is beautiful. Loved the property being on the beach, huge pools and fitness center. Restaurants were within walking distance or short drive. Bike path right outside condo. Will definitely come back!
