Spring break

Great beach condo! This condo was very spacious, laid out well, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything you could need, including spices and things like Saran Wrap. For the most part it was very clean, but we did find a toddler toy and a couple goldfish crackers under the coffee table so the cleaners need to make sure they're checking areas like that. Otherwise we had no issues with cleanliness. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and the bike rental place. Quieter part of an otherwise busy beach area during spring break. Having the chair/umbrella set up included was a great perk! Would definitely rent here again if in the area.

Great location! Plenty of room!

The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication was great! Enjoyed riding our bikes to many locations within 2-3 miles east or west. The only thing that was a little disappointing was not having much room on the beach to set up our own chairs because all of the space in front by the water was taken up by the rental chairs with umbrellas (which we did not want to use). Overall, it was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to enjoy the gulf.

The unit was great with all of the amenities you could ask for. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked so you can prepare all the meals you would care for. Owners are tremendous and always answered all of our questions.

Great stay at Blue Mountain!

We loved every minute of our time at blue mountain! The property was well maintained and the condo had every thing we needed. It was comfortable and beautiful. The hosts were welcoming and helpful! The beach access and beach itself were the shining star. We will be back!

Spacious and on Beach

Swimsuit and bottle of wine and you’re good to kick back and relax! Views from 3rd floor of landscaping and indirect of gulf. Excellent condo layout! Two bedrooms with attached baths and third bedroom with hall bath. Very clean and excellent info from host. So easy from parking to elevator and from condo to pool and beach.

Book it!

We really enjoyed our time here. everything was in order, clean, and worked properly. The condo was is excellent condition and the property. It was nice to know you had some chairs and a spot everyday at the beach. Also should mention Peter the beach guy- who was great at his job and made us feel welcome right away! We have nothing but good to say. Also Andree was quick to answer and help! Definitely would book again.

Enjoy Your Surroundings!

At this Blue Mountain Beach property, that’s exactly what you will do! A great property with all the conveniences you will need. Beautiful location on the beach, nice pool and hot tub, good restaurants nearby, and pristine living quarters. Need I say more? This place has it all.

This was the best host I have ever had. She was excellent. The condo is beautiful! The only disappointment was not having a balcony beach view but it was a short walk to the sand.

Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals goes above and beyond with customer service. From Andree always rapidly responding either via phone, text or email to the warm feeling of “being home” when you walk into the condo. Andree and Mike have taken vacation rentals to the next level with all of the additional amenities that we found with our rental at Blue Mountain Resort that we haven’t experienced in other VRBO rentals. Fabulous property

Everything about the week was exceptional. Host made sure we had everything we needed and let us know we could check in early on the date of arrival . The condo was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. I will go back again and so will my friends! Thank you for making it special

Beautiful beach condo - great location

We had a great stay at Blue Mtn Beach. The location has you steps away from the beach. A nicely appointed condo. We enjoyed the large balcony and the living space was perfect for our group.

Beautiful , comfortable condo

Very nicely furnished an appointed condo. There is an ocean view even though the condo is not directly facing the ocean. However, the pool and hot tub is facing the ocean/ and there is direct access from the pool area to the beach. We loved the access to the gym on the same floor. Also, you park in the garage and catch the elevator up. My husband decided that if we were ever to buy a condo- this would be what he would like. . The area was great- we drove to Seaside and Watercolor which are both nearby to visit some family and found some back roads back to our place that bypassed the traffic. This condo did not allow pets so if you travel with your fur babies , it isn’t available. That saying, there are other units that might allow. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful condo on the beach

Wonderful experience during our 1 week stay. Everything was perfect. Most well-equipped condo we've stayed in. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Loved the spacious patio.

Beautifully decorated and equipped condo. We didn’t need to contact owner but she was accessible.

Very easy process and thoroughly enjoyed this unit. First time at Blue Mountain. I thought we might have better view of beach but really it didn’t matter. Porch was perfect for morning coffee and late night wine.

Great place

No complaints at all. Communication with Andree was great and she always answered calls or texts immediately. The property was gorgeous and was steps to the beach. The app she gave with everything we would need to know about the condo and surrounding area was extremely helpful. We will for sure be back!
