Me and my husband really enjoyed this place. The location was perfect, the management company was very attentive, it was clean, the balcony was great, and we had everything we needed. Great spot. Would stay here again.

Father’s Day Weekend
Loved the location and size of the unit. The king size bed looked very inviting but it slept horribly. I would definitely stay in the same area again.

Enjoyed our one bedroom, two full bathroom condo. Located on the third floor. Very modern and clean. Loved the balcony with the swing, even the view of the beach. Access to the private beach was fantastic. The blender could be updated. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Very comfortable and quiet.

This was the perfect stay for just my husband and I! We absolutely loved it. We will be back! It was an easy walk to the beach and easy walk to a few restaurants! The management got right back to me if I had any problems!

The condo was nice and a great location. The door lock would not work several times leaving us locked out of the condo. Had to wait for maintenance on one occasion to jimmy the door open. Kitchen supplies/utensils need to be addressed. Televison's were old and only had basic cable. Furniture drawers would come all the way out, could use updating. The Perfect Pig downstairs was really nice. Would stay again.

Stay at Motel Nightmare
Limited kitchen stock, and towels. The patio door, dishwasher and two stove burners did not work. Unit was dirty and requires updates. Swing chair was nice. Beach chairs are old and rusty so bring your own! There was blood stains on the pull out sofa. Overall a poor stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is as exactly as pictured. This is not the first time I’ve stay at this property. For my 50th birthday, two years ago, my best friend and I rented this condo to celebrate. I love staying here. The location is great and the beach is just across the street. This time I had two teenagers with me for their spring break. The only problem we had was the television is bedroom did not work. But I called on a Sunday morning to the management company and someone brought out a different television that worked. They are so easy to work with. We had a wonderful stay again this time.

The appliances are dated and only a two eyes on the stove worked. The dishwasher did not work on arrival and we had to clean the dishes left in it. Maintenance came looked at it but never came back to fix it.

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo before heading to PCB for the rest of the winter. Very mixed feelings about this unit. Very comfortable, loved the porch, good access to the beach. This condo could use a deep clean, larger Smart TV, and the kitchen is very underwhelming if you are a cook, which I am. Guessing most people that rent this unit don't care about these things because they are only there for a week and on vacation!

Benchmark should never advertise this property as sleeping 4 persons. The pull out couch was absolutely horrible, you felt nothing but springs in your back. Some of the linens/blankets were not clean. I will never stay in this place again.

We loved the location but the lock on door did not work. Benchmark sent someone to let us in and even replaced the lock but still did not work! We had to leave our door unlocked all weekend to ensure we could get in and not have to wait for them to send someone to unlock the door. Also, the dishwasher did not work. When I turned it on upon departure soap and foam covered the entire kitchen floor!

bordering on a disaster

Rental experience at GIC 304 was bordering on a disaster - no internet (so could not work effectively from "home") & Mediacom cable box was on verge of failure so basically no TV either. So no college football, no NFL football, no MLB playoff games. Mediacom was supposed to come on Monday (we arrived on Fri for one week stay), then rescheduled to Wed., & then rescheduled again to Monday after we left. Had to use internet from a condo nearby whose wi-fi password I just happened to know from a previous stay.Benchmark - don't advertise cable & internet until you have confirmed that all is operational!

We were three ladies enjoying a quick weekend get-away in this lovely area.Condo is exactly as pictured, and has a very homely feel to it. Very clean and although we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We brought our own Keurig as the condo has a standard coffee maker.Bed and sofa were comfortable to sleep on. I had brought my blowup mattress just in case, but it was not needed.Patio furniture could use an update as well as the provided beach chairs.We called the beach service for Majestica - Southwinds Beach Service. It would have been nice if the name of the service had been provided by Benchmark, but the person we spoke with did not know and directed us to two services who do not service that stretch of the beach. The private beach access is a huge plus in this area and is a very short walk.Old Florida Fish house is a 3-4 min car ride, and is one of my absolute favorite places to eat down here. It has complementary valet parking.I have rented through Benchmark before and will definitely use them again. We had an amazing trip and would stay in this condo again.

We had a really good time! Great location and the beach was perfect! We will definitely stay there again . The cleaning crew does need to clean master bathroom around vanity a little better but overall unit was great!

We love Grand Isle! The complex is quiet and very spacious for two adults. The close proximity/private entrance to the beach is a plus! We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Benchmark Management is great to work with. They make the process effortless!

Friendly,but cant hear the surf over the constant traffic. I am not claustrophobic, but the crowds were everywhere. This was not even a spring break week. Owners need to provide a nonstick skillet and some adult size hangers. There were only 3 child hangers.Need to resurface the balcony floor, got a splinter in my foot.Pitcher leaked.

Pros - great location - good beach access - comfortable bed / cons the maid let herself in without knocking - while we were still packing at 30 minutes before check out. I was standing there nude.. had to throw on clothes.

Grand Isle 304
We have been coming to Seagrove Beach multiple times yearly for 25 years and have enjoyed so many of rental properties. This is the first time in decades it was just my husband and myself. This location was a perfect place for the two of us. We had a couple minor issues, one with the TV service and the other with the microwave but a great guy came out the next morning each time and fixed the problems immediately. Added bonus to be right upstairs from the Perfect Pig!
