The location is great for shopping and close to restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool being close to the condo since the heat index was so high this trip. The living room and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The code for the lock didn’t work but Eric answered right away and took care of us and followed up to make sure everything was good. We like the balcony being on the end facing the beach with a pretty view. Parking was easy as well. There is a bike rental right next to the condo

Everything was just as advertised. We had very good access to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shops within biking and walking distance. Bike rentals were on property. The rooms and configuration of the unit was perfect for our group.

Last minute booking turns into a fantastic trip!

We were originally booked somewhere else but were thwarted by Hurricane Milton. We still wanted a beach vacation, so with only two days to spare I found this place was available and had good reviews. The owners were EXTREMELY responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The condo was exactly as described, and honestly was even better than I was expecting. The closet of beach toys was perfect for our family, the space was plentiful, the patio with a partial view of the ocean was beautiful, the grounds of the complex were nice and the location was perfect for us. The beach was a short walk away, there are some private beaches, but we had no issues finding a place to set up and have fun. Overall we are extremely pleased that we were able to book such a great place on such short notice, and now we want to come back!

Our stay was great. We like the beach access near the lake. We were disappointed about the decision to limit the beach access by the boardwalk to traveling only. You can no longer put you chairs down there. It is only for access to the “ wet sand” for traveling to the lake. Fortunately the trolley will get you there faster.

Relaxing

Before we even arrived, the owners provided rapid fire responses to my inquiries. I knew this was a good sign. After a long drive, we arrived later than expected- no issues accessing the property and it was in mint condition. The decor is soothing, modern and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. All amenities were as described. The host checked in on us via text a day or two into our stay and my only complaint was about the weather! Ha! Initially, I thought the space would be too big for 2 adults and 2 kids, but soon realized it was great for my teenager to have her own, private room where she could sleep as much as she wants. In fact, the space was perfect We realized on this vacation that this is actually the perfect sized home for us as 2 of our 4 kids have flown the nest, so this was an added bonus! We spent a lot of daytime hours on the beach and when we needed a break from the sun, I enjoyed reading on the deck which was quiet and had partial ocean views. I ran back and forth to Publix and Seaside a lot, and found this location was close enough to access, but far away enough from the frenetic tourist area. The complimentary golf cart shuttle was awesome to transport us and all our stuff to and from the beach and the drivers were colorful and informative. One of the best perks of this location is the shallow lake that dumps into the ocean... perfect shallow, calm water to allow little ones to play but still be oceanfront. We explored some of the trailheads, too!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were exactly as listed and the location was incredible. For our group of 5, we had plenty of space to be comfortable. It was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was one of our favorite things, and we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony each morning. Finally, the owner/host of this property was amazing! His communication went above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a rental. We highly recommend this Beachside villa and hope to return for another vacation in the future!

Great beach vacation spot!

We had a wonderful family beach vacation here. Condo was clean and cozy with cute decor! Quick response from host when we had questions. This area is a little less touristy and more laid-back and was perfect for our get-away. The beach is so close and was not too crowded. We were grateful for the closet of beach toys/accessories! Would definitely stay here again!

Fun week at the beach

The condo was very nice and looked just as described in the online description and pictures. The location is great and the beach shuttle was very quick and super easy to coordinate. The accommodations were very comfortable, especially with the ample seating in the living room. The second two bedrooms were very comfortable but the primary mattress could use on upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked, but the toaster was not working while we were there. All in all, it was a great week and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Seagrove

We had a great stay at this condo with our young kids and my in-laws. Pros: condo location is great. There is a water view from the balcony. We walked with our wagon to the beach access down San Roy Rd each day which was not far and the beach was gorgeous and uncrowded. The closer, very limited beach access was very crowded and we did not bother except to step our toes in the sand and see sunsets. We enjoyed biking to some great restaurants nearby (Old Florida Fish House and The Perfect Pig) and easily drove into both Alys and Seaside. We only enjoyed the heated pool briefly but it was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. We appreciated the kids’ plates and utensils as well as pack n play (although we brought our own baby bed). The condo is small but we brought noise machines from home so tight proximity/noise wasn’t an issue when kids were napping. Cons/suggestions: we regularly ran out of hot water when multiple people tried to shower/bathe after dinner time. With kids this was a bit of an issue but we did our best to conserve hot water. Wifi was very slow, but often is in condo settings. Living room furniture (coffee table, game console) was very wobbly and I worried about my youngest pulling up on the coffee table- would replace that coffee table. Could definitely use more pillows for sleeping. There were a couple extras in closets but no pillowcases. There was no usable closet in the kids’ twin bed room (used as a locked owner’s closet I presume) so they had to live out of a suitcase. Not a huge issue but would be nice to at least have a luggage rack to keep their suitcase off the floor or a small dresser for storing clothes. Master bedroom was very bright in the morning. There are blinds and curtains but nothing blackout which is always very helpful at the beach. Did enjoy the porch though. It was a nice stay with a great location! Thanks!

Great Property - Better Hosts!

We loved our stay at Beachside Villas! Eric and Shena made us feel like friends instead of guests. They quickly responded to every question we had, and were very flexible on anything we asked. We really appreciate all they did to make our stay comfortable. The condo is exactly as described, and is well maintained and well stocked. Small touches mean a lot – soft soap in every bathroom and kitchen, extra garbage bags, lots of games. The beach closet had lots of chairs, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat there, including the essential corkscrew. Seating and beds were comfortable. The tables, lamps, and other furnishings were well placed. Bathrooms and master closet were updated and well planned. Oh, did I mention the location? A short walk to the beach. It only took us about 8 minutes, and we had backpack chairs, umbrellas, etc. and were taking our time. Great views from the condo to the beach.

Great Vacay!

Perfect Getaway

The convenience to the beach and surrounding areas (restaurants and Buddy's seafood market) was perfect. The area itself was quiet and family friendly. The unit had everything we needed and was very well taken care of. We would definitely enjoy going back and staying at this unit again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway for our family!

Family of Four plus Noni!

We had a great experience with our stay. I selected this particular condo for it’s quick Beach access, pack and play and children’s plates/cups/flatware. The condo was just as described and the owners respond quickly to questions. Things worth noting for parents- kitchen cabinets can be held closed with u-shaped locks, master shower is non-slip, room best for kiddos is right off kitchen so bring a sound machine! Instacart knows the area well and we had groceries waiting for us when we arrived. We would happily reserve this unit again. We had a great trip and it felt like a home away from home!

Very clean, well stocked and updated vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and each of our teenage sons had their own room. I didn’t cook but the kitchen had absolutely everything you need! Golf cart service was a plus because it was super hot. We used the chairs provided in the condo because we forgot ours and they we prefect. Definitely would recommend!

Very clean and great location!

The unit was spacious, clean and in a great area. We usually go to the beach annually and have stayed in various condos. This one is by far the cleanest and most up to date! It was a bonus to see this unit keep beach chairs, umbrella and other beach toys/crab hunting items on hand. I was super pleased with the ocean view too! You can sit on the couch or master bedroom and see the the ocean. Getting to the beach access was easy but setting up was a tad tricky. It wasn’t a problem for us as we preferred the public access verses the smaller private beach area. I give it a 5-star. Mamye from Missouri
