Slice of Heaven!

We had 3 generations with spouses and plus ones. Mother/daughter/grandchild and we had enough space to blend (or not). The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need! Unfortunately we threw out a lot of newly acquired food that didn’t get used and wouldn’t travel well with the long drive. Would’ve loved to gifted it to the next guests (condiments and such). We will definitely book this location again, as we want to make this an annual event! I will say, driving to a public access was easier than the walk with all the coolers, chairs etc. highly recommend to PJ’s where they have showers and bathroom accommodations plus beachside food and beverages. LOVE, love…love!!

Loved It!

We found the vacation home perfect for our family of 6 adults. It could also accommodate more people as there are 4 bunk beds. It was close to the beach and yet we also enjoyed that it had a pool. We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation in Destin.We have just a few suggestions for the property owners. We think that having more than 2 trash bags for a week stay would be nice. (4 would have worked perfect). We improvised because we did not want to buy a full box to then throw away the remaining at the end of our stay.Also, renters should know that there is minimal supplies so they will need to buy things such as spices, extra toilet paper, trash bags (as stated above), etc.Finally, we were a bit confused on which part of the beach we were actually permitted to use as most said “Private”. We did not get questioned by anyone but the directions are not real clear.The above are all suggestions. Overall, we had an amazing week experience and the rental house was a part of our wonderful vacation!

Great for family

House is perfect. Clean, spacious and so fun. Would book again. The house in and of itself is perfect. Beach access was close but know that there are many steps and there are restrictions to a certain area. We rented a large cart with chairs and umbrellas. Steps made it difficult.

The Price/Heiden experience

This is the second year in a row where we have stayed at 76 Terra Cotta Way and both experiences were fantastic. The immaculate house is a short walk from the beach and is close to all the great restaurants in the area. We will be going back next year and will choose this listing once again.

Great relaxing property

We had a fantastic time, even with it being cold weather. The heated pool was great, and the proximity to the beach was nice. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and it was great for everyone to have their own bathrooms! Our only issue was smoke detector batteries going off, and it took several hours to get a response and several more hours for it to be fixed.

2023 Summer Vacation

The house was very well kept, location was great. Close to the beach, and local restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor grilling. Very comfortable for our entire family. We would highly recommend for other family stays, and look forward to returning in the future!

First timers

This was our first time in Destin and we were so happy we selected the property we did. The home was beautiful and very well cared for. It was close to the beach but having a golf cart which was also planned proved perfect as well. We felt safe and secure in the area and would definitely stay again. Thank you for the memories!

We loved our stay! The house was amazing and had a great feel about it. We didn’t realize we needed TP, PT and pods for dishwasher. We bought extra and left for the next guest. I would recommend this place to anyone and if we visit Destin again, we will be staying here again.

Wonderful Vacation

The house was really nice and clean. It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The proximity to the beach was nice. We rented a golf cart to haul stuff back and forth from the beach making it more convenient than dragging it down the street. The only thing I would say about the house was the back patio pavers were very sandy with black sand. We were constantly trying to clean sand up at the back door (and put a towel down just inside the door to decrease the amount of sand we were dragging in). It was also difficult not to drag the black sand into the pool. Overall, wonderful property and excellent week at the beach!!

The house was beautiful. Spacious! The pool had turned a little green from all the rain. We called the maintenance line and within an hour someone was there to shock and clean the pool. Our three grown children had their own rooms and shower. Everyone had a great time!!

Perfect house for rest, rejuvenation and fun!

We rented this property with another family and had the best time. The house is gorgeous and perfectly located a short distance from the beach. With private access, and all the amenities you would need for the beach available at the rental or through one of their partners, we wanted for nothing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a glamorous and affordable getaway! The other thing to note is that the management company was beyond attentive and while we only needed their help once with WiFi access, they were immediately available and helped us u til it got resolved. Kudos to their team and process!
