We had an amazing week with our one year old granddaughter. Everything we needed was available in the condo and it has close access to many restaurants and shops.

I loved the convenience of the pool and beach. I also loved that there were so many pools to choose from. I was a bit confused about where to park and get to the condo but it was so convenient. I pulled right into the ground floor of the parking garage and it was just a few steps to the door of the condo. For groceries and luggage there are caddies available that you can roll right to your car. You will see them near the door to the condo by the elevators. The bed was clean and the bedding was. Dry comfortable. All the appliances worked well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go again.

Impressed with onsite property staff.. They kept the property in pristine shape. Although the pump to the main pool went out on the gulfside, there were other options to enjoy. The condo was also very nice and convenient considering our specific needs.

Best fun vacation

Best location with kids, so many things to do, 1 min to walk to the beach, easy jump to pool and hot tub from patio, having lunch and dinners on your patio, lazy river, marina snorkelling, jet ski.Its not quite though, get your sound machine or fan with you. Lots of people coming here to have parties. Overall resort is kept clean and well maintained. All great restaurants are near you. .

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay in this Villa. We loved that you could open the patio door and the pool was right there. It was a quick walk down the beach to the The Boardwalk where there are many cool shops and great restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

Great beach location!

Absolute best location; first floor poolside with the beach just a few steps away. Just a short walk down the beach to a variety of restaurants.The unit itself needs a few updates — the couch and the mattress in the master bedroom — and the sliding door latch needs to be fixed. The sliding door frame needs a deep cleaning with cleaning on a consistent basis. Because the master bedroom window looks out to the entrance to the resort, there is a fair amount of noise in the morning - people coming and going and garbage pick up.All things considered, we would definitely stay here again. David was very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Meeting up with family for a small Christmas get away.

The resort was very nice. It was too cold to swim but we did walk down the beach to the pier. If you a light sensitive and want it dark when you sleep, the master bedroom isn’t for you. Outside the window is the main walk way and elevator access. The area is lit up and the light shone through the window, even with the blinds and drapes closed. We were there 3 night and was woke up two mornings at 4:45 by the garbage trucks which picked up right outside. Needless to say, we never got a good night sleep.

Perfect beach stay

We love Destin West Gulfside & have stayed in a few different condos with the similar layout but this one has a door for the bunk beds which is very helpful for naptime & being on the ground floor is a major plus - would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Perfect Spot

Great condo, great location, and great hosts. Walk to the beach, parking garage, and the boardwalk easily and never have to touch the car keys if you don't want to. Everything was 5-star!

Spring break relaxation

Everything was wonderful. We were even able to check in early. One of my favorite things is the chair and umbrella service that comes with booking. The only thing we could’ve asked for was warmer weather but we enjoyed every day!

Facing ocean property

If you want something bottom floor, and close to the beach this is it. Many things to do at this resort and can sit right outside your room and look at the pool. Perfect for a young family that doesn’t need a lot of room.

Amazing ground level Unit walk out to the pool

Our stay at the Destin West Gulfside 111 Resort was very enjoyable. The room was clean and equipment with everything we needed. The property managers where great to work with and sent helpful emails leading up to our stay and at time of check in and out. We would recommend this unit for your next family vacation.

Gulfside 111

This property was everything we could have asked for. We had our 4 year old, 14 year old and his friend and staying on the ground unit was our favorite thing. The easy access to the pool was unbeatable because we were able to walk right out our door and be there. The same thing applies to the beach. We didn't have to take any stairs or elevators with all of our stuff in tow in order to get right to the beach which was absolutely amazing. The condo was pristine and clean just as the other reviews showed and they even gave us helpful tidbits about different places to try! The communication with the owners was so easy and their response time is unmatched. They answered all questions quickly for us and made checking in and out as simple as it comes. We will most definitely be booking with Coastal Vibes again!! Thanks for everything! :)
