Great place!

The home was just what we were looking for. Being able to walk out the door to the pool and the easy access to the beach made our time very easy and enjoyable. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home was close to many restaurants and grocery store. We would love to stay there again.

Fantastic condo!

My family truly enjoyed this beautiful condo! The location was perfect! We loved being on the first floor and having access to the pool and beach right from the patio! The condo is well equipped and our group had everything we needed to be comfortable for our trip! We will definitely be back!

Peaceful retreat!

Great property! Everything you need from location, convenience to essentials away from home. This property has all that and more. The rooms are spacious, elegant decor and esthetics! Despite being a chilly February weekend, the views were gorgeous from ground floor and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for the hospitality that was shown throughout the weekend!

Absolutely wonderful! This was our second time staying in this condo. From the cleanliness upon check in to the close proximity to the pool and beach, everything was perfect! We’re already planning out next trip and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Great location and communication

This is absolutely my favorite place to stay. Less crowded but with all the amenities. The owner is very communicative and responsive. The condo is fabulous. We have stayed before and will again.

We travel to Okaloosa a few times a year, the BLU is one of the nicer properties on the Island and we always enjoy our stay.

Great place to say for a family vacation. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. Ginny was available to help me with a minor issue we had with the television. Wouldn’t change a thing.

If you’re traveling with children then BLU 106 is perfect for you! The living area overlooks the zero degree pool and offers an ocean view. Our 23 mo. old loved splashing around in the walk in shallow end of the pool while the 5 year old swam and jumped into the 4ft. end about 100 times! The condo is overly spacious, clean and updated well! The walk in showers are oversized and we never ran out of HOT water. The master bedroom mattress is softer than the firm I prefer but having 3 KING BEDS out weighs that minor detail. Ginny was so nice and easy to communicate with. Overall: Pros- walk out from patio to pool to beach, large patio table for meals or snacks, spacious kitchen well stocked and oversized showers and living room tv. Cons- location: heavy traffic to Destin (if you prefer to eat/shop in Destin), longer drying time with the dryer. (that’s it!)We absolutely loved our vacation stay at BLU 106!!

Spring Break

Everyone loved the property, plenty of space, clean, and convenient. The walkout to the pool/ocean was amazing. The gated security was a very nice feature. If we come back to the area we will look to book here again!

Best family vacation

This condo was the absolute best we’ve been to! The first floor makes it so convenient. It was quiet, clean, and had everything you could want in a condo. We had the an amazing family vacation and can’t wait to come back again!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at Blu. We loved that we could walk right out to the pool and ocean. Home is beautifully decorated and very clean. Restaurants and shopping were all a very short drive away. Ginny was very responsive to our questions and available if needed.

Family vacation!

Blu was great! It was spacious, modern and clean! We enjoy the fact that we could walk straight out to the pool. It’s a smaller unit condo so you don’t have to worry about a heavy crowd. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Fantastic Stay!!

Owner has taken great pride in this property. Beautifully decorated, and supplied with anything and everything you could possibly need. Having the walkout balcony to the pool is a huge plus with small kids! Couldn’t ask for better! We have rented from them several times and never once had any problems! Highly recommend!

Summer Family 2024

We love this development! Have stayed twice now and both times were fantastic! Easy pool and beach access and super easy with small children to be on the ground floor with a pool right off the back patio! Love it! We’ll be back!
