Very cute condo, second time staying here, great location, easy walk to beach/restaurants. Only complaint was loud walking, etc.could be heard from condo above day and night. We heard nothing during our first trip but this time was really bad.

Great location but think of your group

Pros: the convenient location right on 30A. The pool is a few feet away from the back door and the beach access is literally across the street. There is a variety of restaurants and touristy shops within walking distance. The property is also very cute with a beach vibe and very clean. There was good communication with the manager up until we checked out. Afterward my message went unanswered. Cons: it will not accommodate any group of 3 or 4. It’s great for 2 guests or a family with small kids. My son is an adult and barely fit in the second “bedroom”. It isn’t an actual room but a hallway with bunk beds. It has no storage or windows and the beds are very small. He had to hang his clothes in our closet which meant that he had to go into our room to grab clothes. We made it work but, like I said it won’t accommodate any group.

Perfect for families

The property was well kept except for the outside storage bin on the porch. There were a lot of extra hooks throughout the bathrooms and doors to hang wet towels or suits on that were much appreciated. The king bed was softer than we like but comfortable. Our kids slept well in the bunk beds. The outdoor storage bin did hold extra beach chairs and beach toys but unfortunately, a pack rat or rodent had gotten in there so lots of poop so unsanitary to use most of the items. The location of this property is perfect for pool access and the beach. We were super happy to have the first floor too since the elevator was broken. This unit is also super convenient to the washer and dryer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit or location to others.

A bit worn

This is located in a cute little area with shops, restaurants in walking distance, which is great! But it's quite a distance from Seaside and vicinity (8 mi). The unit backs to the pool, which is very convenient. It is across the street from the beach (no amenities). The beach chairs that were included with the room were old/rusty/stinky. The unit was decorated very cute but it felt worn. There was blood on the door frame, which was just "EW!". There was a dead bird on the back patio. I texted the inquiry number to ask to get it cleaned up and didn't get a response, therefore no cleanup. I was having problems with my messaging on the vrbo.com website, so if they did respond, I didn't see it. I had problems with the messaging feature earlier, and asked them to email/text me the room code info, which they did; I am still unable to see if they responded in the messaging feature. The ocean water was brown, not sure if that's just the area or due to a storm the previous week, but it was a bit of a let down since we were expecting turquoise water. The sand was bright white and very soft (and squeaky). I would choose something closer to the hub (near Seaside or surrounding areas) next time.

Beautiful and Clean

We loved the decor and location! Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of linens and towels. My grandson loved that Nemo and Dory were on the bunk beds.

Beautifully decorated

Prime location and beautifully decorated condo. It could use some TLC but otherwise very nice and steps away from the pool. All of the beds including the pull out sofa were very comfortable.

Great Condo!!

Awesome condo! Perfect space for a family of four. Very generous with what is included in the property (ex. plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). Steps away from the beach and community pool. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. We’d definitely consider coming back to this location again. Thank you!

Great Condo and Location

This condo is decorated so cute! It is small but was adequate for 3 children 12 and under and two adults. It is located on first floor near the pool so the kids could go to the pool and to the condo easily. We could watch them from our patio. The area is wonderful. I will be back!

Too loud

The property is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Be aware that the area where the bunks are is very compact and there is no room for suit cases. It does have 2 built-in drawers under the bunk. The facilities are very nice and the beach access is convenient. I would suggest using the access point futher west, across from Gulf Place Caribbean as it is less crowded. However, I don't think my cheap college apartment had less insulation between floors. We could hear everything happening above us. Every step, children running back and forth, toilets, showers, drawers being opened and closed. It was awful! For this reason, I cannot recommend Gulf Place Cabanas, nor will we be staying here again.

4 of us ended up coming in for my best friends daughters wedding. This location is perfect, walking distance to everything even including the wedding, if you want to walk a mile. The condo is right across the road from beach. This unit does not have a view of beach (I always book oceanfront) BUT WAS NOT an issue. The condo was as pictured very comfortable, clean, decorated and stocked well. My trip consisted of 4 adults, my girl friend, married couple/newlyweds and myself. Perfect for 4. The management company was top notch checked on us on our drive in checked on us once we arrived and told us if there was any issues to reach out to them. I had a girlfriend with me that does not like the beach and she loved displace and has talk to her husband about going there. Checkout process was very easy, would definitely recommend. Definitely recommend this condo and Beachwalk Properties management company.

Very nice place to stay. Has a great beach feel and decor. There are a lot of shops and restaurant's within 1 block area. The only draw back is the area is so crowded you can't see the beach or ocean without walking down to it.
