"If I could rate this bungalow a 100 I would! We were so impressed with everything . The entire house has been remodeled. Everything looked brand new. The decor and interior design is upscale and yet also very cozy. The location could not be more perfect. We were 6 minutes from the MUST SEE places: Rock City, Ruby Falls and The Incline/Chattanooga battlefield . We also went to Glen Falls, also a 6 min drive!! Richard is a fantastic host who clearly takes great pride in his home. We will be back!!"

"We really enjoyed the pool, which was cold and perfect for the summer heat. It was quiet and peaceful. We felt relaxed and comfortable. There is a couch in the living room even though the photos do not show it. The hang gliders were fun to watch as well. "

"We absolutely loved our stay! It was so cozy and peaceful and the best sleep we’ve ever had. We loved that Harry Potter played on the TV the whole time, adding to the atmosphere. "We loved this property! We had 10 in our group and had plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the whole family! My son fished the river every day and caught the biggest fish he's ever caught! (About a 40 pound blue catfish!)It was close to all the things we wanted to see and do. The host was very responsive and took care of any issues right away."

"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "
