House needed numbers visible from the street. Beds were quite uncomfortable, we had to buy plywood to put under our son’s bed so he could sleep in it. AC needed to be cooler. Was quite warm for sleeping. Yard guys need to put in some work. They showed up Thursday late afternoon and never even went to the backyard.But all in all we really enjoyed the property.

I booked a stay at Serenity to have a place to stay while visiting my family in Cape Coral. This place turned out to be a vacation in and of itself! Everything that I could think I could possibly need was there. Besides all kitchen plates, cups, pots, pans, gadgets, there was an assortment of pool floats, fishing gear, and needless to say the water in the pool was pristine. The hot tub was a dream come true. I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the responsiveness of my host. I hope to stay here again!

So much to love about staying in this home! We completely enjoyed every minute of our stay! The location is ideal for exploring SW Cape Coral because it's easily walkable to get to tons of fun bars & restaurants as well as lots of shops. We even walked to the Cape Coral Farmers Market while we were there. The home is located in a quiet & well-maintained neighborhood & felt extremely safe The house is clean & comfortable with everything you'll likely need, but he outdoor spaces are where this home truly shines. We spent nearly all of our time outside enjoying the lanai & lush beautiful yard. The heated pool & hot tub were well-maintained. We were happy to pay the fee of 50 to have the pool heated above 80 degrees since it was December. This made the pool much more comfortable.Fishing from the dock is fun, however the dock itself is in need of repair or replacement, so be careful. There was an empty bait bucket with an aerator attached for our use left in the laundry/storage room. Live shrimp for bait are recommended & available at Crazy Lures Bait Shop which is very nearby. The sunsets on the canal were gorgeous! Exploring the gardens in the backyard was a delight for our daughter who was thrilled to find many lizards, frogs & other creatures.Maggie, the owner, is always available to help if you need anything. She messaged to be sure we were satisfied with our stay. We would highly recommend this rental & would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the wonderful stay

We had a very lovely stay at Serenity Garden this past week! The pool and hot tub were so nice and warm. We rented a boat under owners recommendation and had a great time on the water as well! Highly recommend this property!

We had a great time and stay here. Maggie and her family was awesome. We struggled with air due to extreme heat but Maggie jump right on it and did the best she could to make us comfortable. We will definitely rent from them again

Quiet neighborhood and good times.

If you enjoy fun in the sun and a nice location then this is the place for you. Easily access Ft. Myers/ FMB and all of the local shops. We also enjoyed the pool and dock were we launched our kayaks and went fishing. We also caught fish right off the dock. The property managers were great and reached out to us via email to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks again Maggie we had a great time!

This property was perfect for my family. We have two children 2 and 9 months and we had a blast. the option of having a pack and play and a high chair was nice. Our son loved the room with the bunk beds. overall this house and location was amazing. we had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Cape Coral

16 day stay at Serenity Garden with family. House is in a great location, very quiet neighborhood. Easily within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, groceries. Within 5 minute drive to Yacht Club beach area. Maggie and family are excellent hosts and very attentive to all request we had. Overall a really nice time in Cape Coral.

Great Location

This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. Maggie’s our host is extremely responsive and will get you what you need to make your stay to make it enjoyable: We didn’t get time in the pool, but they do have pool toys for you to use which is a bonus. I would highly suggest staying at this VRBO

Cape Coral Thanksgiving Vacation

Overall very nice. Some minor issues but nothing that hurt the trip. Boat was a great add on. Pool was nice, a little cool. Hot tub was great to have, kitchen, bedrooms, living were all as expected. Area was great, very near a lot of restaurants. Overall would recommend staying at Serenity Garden!

Another perfect vacation

This is our third time staying at one of Maggie's houses. Peace of mind knowing we will never have any issues with our VRBO. The house was immaculate, stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, utensils, aluminum foil, etc., etc...she even had batteries in the drawer. The pool was refreshing with lots of pool toys. My eight-year-old daughter had an excellent time in the pool. It was nice sitting by the pool, grilling The screen didn't have any rips; no bugs in the lanai. The dock was nice to watch the sunrises/sunsets from. There is a boat lift, although we didn't rent a boat on this visit. The neighborhood was quiet. I'm handicapped and I asked Maggie for a hand held shower handle to make it easier to bathe my daughter. Within hours, the plumber was at the house installing the shower handle for me. We will be back in the spring...thank You!
